Student Service Quality Survey Summary – Academic Year 2023-2024
Hoa Sen University’s annual service quality survey (966 student participants) revealed a 92.17% overall satisfaction rate, increasing by nearly 2% from the previous year. Library services received the highest rating (94.10%), while IT services ranked lowest (87.28%). Among departments, Language and International Culture students reported the highest satisfaction (98.02%), while Marketing and Communications students were least satisfied (87.45%). Students recommended improvements in response times, library resources, document processing, parking facilities, equipment maintenance, facility upgrades, Wi-Fi quality, and digital services. Despite some variation, satisfaction rates were consistently high across most service areas and departments, demonstrating strong overall service quality.
