Participant: Student Frequency: once a year Time: April annually Survey Type: Online RESULTS OF STUDENT SURVEY ON SERVICE QUALITY Student Service Quality Survey Summary – Academic Year 2023-2024 Hoa Sen University’s annual service quality survey (966 student participants) revealed a 92.17% overall satisfaction rate, increasing by nearly 2% from the previous year. Library services received the highest rating (94.10%), while IT services ranked lowest (87.28%). Among departments, Language and International Culture students reported the highest satisfaction (98.02%), while Marketing and Communications students were least satisfied (87.45%).
