  The 2022 employer survey received highly positive feedback, with an overall satisfaction rate of 91.5%. The majority of survey items received “Excellent” ratings, highlighting industry partners’ satisfaction with the competencies and performance of HSU graduates.

  The 2023 survey results showed that employers continued to expressed a high level of satisfaction with HSU graduates, with an overall satisfaction rate of 76.83%. All survey items maintained a “Good” rating, underscoring that HSU graduates met the industry’s expectations.

  The 2024 survey results demonstrated a notable improvement in employer satisfaction, with the satisfaction rate rising to 84.51%. Several survey items recorded positive improvements, with some achieved “Excellent” ratings, reflecting the University’s commitment to quality enhancement.

  The 2025 employer survey results indicated that HSU graduates continued to receive positive feedback from employers. The overall satisfaction rate reached 79.55%, with all survey items receiving “Good” ratings.
