Internal Training Workshop on Comprehensive Course Outline Review

In order to ensure consistency, standardization, and compliance with quality assurance requirements under the new regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training, the Office of Quality Assurance organized an internal training workshop on the comprehensive review of course outlines on October 8, 2026, at the Nguyen Van Trang campus.

The workshop attracted the participation of Deans, Program Directors and lecturers from Faculties, Institute of International Educationa and Global Engagement, Liberal Education Program. The event was led by Ms. To Thi Anh Nguyen – Head of the Office of Quality Assurance.

The review initiative is conducted in accordance with Circular No. 54/2026/TT-BGDĐT and Circular No. 56/2026/TT-BGDĐT issued by the Ministry of Education and Training. This review applies to all course outlines under current full-time undergraduate academic programs from Cohort 2026 and earlier. Timely review helps enhance teaching and learning quality, delivering a standardized curriculum for students.

The review focuses on 5 core components of the course outline: Course Learning Outcomes (CLOs), learning materials, assessment methods and weights of each method, assessment rubrics, and the alignment between learning outcomes and assessment methods.

The comprehensive review of course outlines plays a pivotal role in ensuring educational quality, complying with the Ministry of Education and Training regulations, and strengthening the culture of continuous improvement at Hoa Sen University. This synchronized standardization not only enhances transparency and professionalism in teaching but also affirms the University’s commitment to a student-centered approach — providing students with a standardized curriculum that meets educational quality benchmarks.
