SURVEY RESULTS

• Summary of Survey Results for the 2024–2025 Academic Year
  The survey was widely implemented, with a high participation rate among courses, reaching 91.41% in Semester 2 of the 2024–2025 academic year. Although the student response rate declined slightly to 48.48%, the results indicate that student satisfaction with course content and materials, as well as lecturers’ teaching activities, remained high, exceeding 85%, with no significant disparity between the two categories. All faculties received a high level of satisfaction or above. Notably, the Faculty of Economics and Business recorded the highest satisfaction rates in Semester 2, with 91.2% for course content and materials and 90.8% for lecturers’ teaching activities.

• Summary of Survey Results for Semester 1 of the 2024–2025 Academic Year
  Hoa Sen University conducted a course and lecturer evaluation survey for Semester 1 of the 2024-2025 academic year, with strong participation (90.87% of classes and 52.89% of students). The results show high satisfaction levels, with 88% of students satisfied with faculty teaching and 87.8% pleased with course content and materials. All faculties received positive ratings, with the Faculty of Hospitality achieving the highest satisfaction scores (90.2% for course and materials, 91.2% for lecturers’ teaching activities). Survey data over five semesters demonstrates consistent satisfaction, with most faculties showing improvement compared to the previous semester.
