Result Summary: Hoa Sen University’s annual service quality survey (966 student participants) revealed an overall satisfaction rate of 92.17%, an increase of nearly 2% compared to the previous year. Library services received the highest rating (94.10%), while IT services ranked lowest (87.28%). Among faculties, students from the Faculty of Languages and International Cultures reported the highest satisfaction (98.02%), whereas students from the Faculty of Marketing and Communications were the least satisfied (87.45%). Students suggested improvements in response times, library resources, document processing, parking facilities, equipment maintenance, facility upgrades, Wi-Fi quality, and digital services. Despite some variation, satisfaction rates remained consistently high across most service areas and units, reflecting strong overall service quality.
