Hoa Sen University (HSU) has always prioritized quality assurance throughout its development journey, with particular emphasis on the institutional self-assessment process to enhance academic quality. In 2018, HSU began its institutional-level self-assessment process following Circular 12 by the Ministry of Education and Training on May 19, 2017.
