WORKSHOP: “LIVING FULLY WITH DAILY MINDFULNESS PRACTICE”
In the fast-paced modern life filled with academic, professional, and emotional pressures, caring for mental health has become more essential than ever. Mindfulness is a widely researched and applied method that helps individuals increase focus, regulate emotions, and nurture inner peace.
To create a space for learning, experience, and connection, the Institute of Psychology, Faculty of Languages – Psychology, Hoa Sen University, in collaboration with the Self-Compassion Community, proudly presents the Workshop: “LIVING FULLY WITH DAILY MINDFULNESS PRACTICE”
Program Content:
- Introduction to Mindfulness and its applications in daily life.
- Mindfulness practices (Sitting meditation, mindful walking, and working with emotions).
- Sharing, reflection, and suggestions for daily mindfulness practice.
Guest Speakers:
Dr. Mitchell Ratner – Mindfulness Leader
- A dharma heir of Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh (since 2001).
- Co-founder of the Still Water Mindfulness Practice Center (USA).
- Many years of experience teaching and writing about Mindfulness, mindful communication, and mental health.
M.A. Nguyen Hoang Chieu Anh
- Co-founder and developer of the Self-Compassion Community in Vietnam.
- Instructor for courses on self-compassion, mindful parenting, and effective self-leadership.
This workshop will be an opportunity for participants to approach mindfulness from both a scientific perspective and through practical experience, contributing to raising awareness of mental health care in studies, work, and daily life.
