ANNOUNCEMENT: MARCH 2026 SPRING CAMP PROGRAM IN SEOUL (SOUTH KOREA)

The Faculty of Languages – Psychology announces the 2026 study and cultural experience program in Seoul (South Korea) for Hoa Sen University students. This is an extracurricular activity combining academics, culture, and international tourism, offering many practical values to learners.
1. PROGRAM HIGHLIGHTS
- Study and practice Korean in a native environment;
- Experience Korean culture through arts, cuisine, traditional costumes, folk games, etc.;
- Professional experience at MBC Broadcasting Station;
- Explore famous landmarks of Seoul;
- Enhance integration capacity and international cultural-social understanding;
- Convert credits for Cognitive Internship.
2. TIME & LOCATION
- Expected duration: 8 days, from March 7, 2026, to March 14, 2026.
- Location: Seoul, South Korea.
3. ELIGIBILITY
- Participants: Students majoring in Korean Linguistics and other interested majors at Hoa Sen University.
- Expected quantity: 30–40 students, accompanied by HSU lecturers and staff.

5. ESTIMATED COST: 34,950,000 VND/Student
*This cost includes: Round-trip airfare, visa fees, meals, hotel, transportation, sightseeing tickets, and travel insurance for the duration of the trip.


6. REGISTRATION
- Deadline: Until the end of January 12, 2026.

7. VISA DOCUMENT PREPARATION
Registered students please prepare the following documents for the visa application process:
- 02 photos (3.5×4.5 cm, white background).
- Original old and new Passports.
- Photocopy of Citizen ID card (no notarization required).
- Student ID card.
- Student Status Certificate (issued by the university).
- Submission date: January 20, 2026.
- Location: To be announced later.
