INDULGE YOUR PASSION FOR SINGING WITH THE “I’M A SINGER” SEASON 2 COMPETITION

“I’M A SINGER” officially returns with many new features in the competition rules and attractive prizes.

The “I’M A SINGER” competition is not only a playground for you to indulge in your singing passion but also a place to relieve stress after a long period with numerous deadlines in the past semester. You can freely showcase your KARAOKE talent in one of the following languages: English, Chinese, Korean, Japanese, French, … and have the chance to win very attractive prizes.

COMPETITION RULES

CONTESTANTS ARE DIVIDED INTO 2 GROUPS

GROUP 1: Contestants are high school students.

GROUP 2: Contestants are university students nationwide.

COMPETITION ROUNDS:

QUALIFYING ROUND: Each contestant submits an online video to the organizers, performing one song in one of the following languages: English, Chinese, French, Japanese, Korean, …

Requirements: The video must be filmed in a 1920×1080 HD horizontal frame, with bright, clear images and ensured sound quality (preferably filmed in a quiet meeting room).

Deadline: 18:00 on May 31, 2024.

SEMI-FINAL ROUND: 30 contestants winning the qualifying round will compete in the semi-final round held online via Zoom (tentative).

Format: Online competition via Zoom, each contestant sings one Karaoke song in one of the following languages: English, Chinese, French, Japanese, Korean. (Cheering squads are allowed to interact and support the contestants).

Time: 17:00 on June 21, 2024.

FINAL ROUND: 10 contestants winning the semi-final round will compete in the final round held at Hoa Sen University.

Final round format: Each contestant sings one Karaoke song in one of the following languages: English, Chinese, French, Japanese, Korean.

Time and place: June 29, 2024, at Hoa Sen University – NVT Campus, Room 204 (No. 8, Nguyen Van Trang, Ben Thanh Ward, District 1).

PRIZES (For each group)

• 1 First Prize: 2,000,000 VND + Scholarship and gifts from the sponsors.
• 1 Second Prize: 1,000,000 VND + Scholarship and gifts from the sponsors.
• 1 Third Prize: 500,000 VND + Scholarship and gifts from the sponsors.
• 2 Consolation Prizes: Scholarship and gifts from the sponsors.

Special: Contestants competing in the Semi-final round will receive gifts from the sponsors and Hoa Sen University.
