Inspire talk – “The secret of great leaders”

This morning, 29th of September, Vietnam Supply Chain Community along with Hoa Sen University have organized the Inspire Talk for more than 20 young talents  which was presented by 6 speakers from Chick-fil-A restaurant in the United States.

The seminar covered 5 topics including: See & shape the future; Engage & develop others; Reinvent Continuously; Value Results & Relationships; Embody the Values which aim to answer 2 questions: “What is the secret of success?” and “How can I become a great leader?”. It can be said that a seminar of 4 hours cannot deliver everything a person need to become a leader, however, within 4 hours, not only young talents but also lectures, doctors,…and many other backgrounds have been inspired and motivated as to how an individual interact with others, how to manage yourself, why we have to reinvent ourselves continuously and more importantly, the participants perceived what is the differences between a manager and a leader. 

Thanks to 6 speakers, also the owners/ operators of Chick-fil-A restaurants- a real leaders, true examples of working with countless of background of people, they brought their hand-on experiences and their story with the hope of inspiring the young generation: “Everyone can become a great leader”.

Needless to say, the seminar succeeded beyond expectation with many post-event thank you words from participants: “ I am not student, I am now lecture. I came to this event and found it was very meaningful. From now on, I can apply the lessons to inspire my students again and teach them to be more engaged to others. Thank you the organizers for making this event happen.
