Hoa Sen University Welcomes NEAS Representatives at the NEAS Quality Endorsement Certificate Award Ceremony 2025
On August 26, 2025, Hoa Sen University (HSU) solemnly hosted the NEAS Quality Endorsement Certificate Award Ceremony 2025 with the presence of NEAS representatives to present the endorsement certificate and commemorative gifts. The National ELT Accreditation Scheme (NEAS), Australia’s leading independent quality assurance body for English language teaching, is globally recognized for its rigorous standards in quality evaluation and accreditation.
HSU Achieves NEAS Endorsement for the Fourth Consecutive Year
With collective efforts and dedication, HSU proudly received the NEAS Quality Endorsement Certificate for its English for International Communication Program, marking the fourth consecutive year (2022–2025) of achieving this prestigious international accreditation. This milestone reaffirms the university’s unwavering commitment to quality assurance and continuous collaboration with NEAS in advancing English language teaching and learning standards. HSU remains the pioneer institution in Vietnam to achieve four NEAS endorsements across all levels of English for non-majors, reflecting both academic excellence and strategic partnership with NEAS.
The ceremony was attended by Dr. Phan Thi Viet Nam, Vice Provost of Hoa Sen University, along with university leader, faculty members, staff and students. The presence of Mr. Adam Kilburn, NEAS CEO, his associates, and strategic partners from Dai Truong Phat Education Group added to the prestige and significance of the event.
As part of its comprehensive internationalization strategy, HSU places strong emphasis on enhancing foreign language competencies, particularly English, among faculty, staff, and students to prepare globally competent graduates ready for international academic and professional opportunities.

During the panel discussion, the speakers, including Mr. Adam Kilburn – CEO of NEAS, Dr. Ho Thi My Linh – Acting Head of the Testing and Quality Assurance Office, and Mr. Tran Quang Hai – Director of the General English Program, engaged in an in-depth dialogue on key topics: notable improvements since the initial NEAS endorsement; strategies for sustaining staff engagement throughout multiple cycles of external review and benchmarking; the role of NEAS accreditation within the internal quality assurance system; and plans for expanding NEAS support and recognition across Southeast Asia.
