Student Housing System

The list of selected and evaluated housing systems is based on the following criteria:

Some common types of accommodation facilities include:

Apartments: With modern infrastructure, divided into living rooms, bedrooms, kitchens, separate bathrooms, fully furnished or unfurnished, allowing residents to choose their own decorations, promising to be an excellent accommodation option for students.

Studio – Duplex: Like a small apartment, but Studio (no loft) – Duplex (with loft) apartments only have one main room. Except for the bathroom, the kitchen area is connected to the living area and the sleeping area. With compact design but full amenities, it creates the best living environment for students.

Boarding houses: The area and infrastructure of a typical boarding house may be somewhat inferior to apartments and studios, but still ensure basic daily living activities. Accordingly, the rent of a boarding house is also lower compared to apartments and studios.

Dormitory: Built in a relatively independent compound and designed as collective housing with multiple rooms and multiple beds in a room or bunk beds, along with public bathrooms, public showers, or other communal facilities.
