The Hoa Sen Mentoring Program is designed to create opportunities for students to learn directly from industry experts, successful alumni, and experienced faculty members. Through a 1:1 mentoring format, combined with a series of workshops and practical activities, the program not only supports students in career orientation and skill development but also fosters confidence – an essential foundation to be ready for integration into a professional and global working environment.
The Hoa Sen Mentoring Program was established with the goal of providing personalized mentoring activities for students of Hoa Sen University. It serves as a bridge for students to orient their careers, gain experience, connect with industry experts, and develop themselves step by step toward achieving their goals in study and life.

At Hoa Sen Mentoring, each student has a mentor who directly accompanies them in a 1:1 format. It is truly wonderful to have a conversation with someone who has gone through what you are facing and is willing to share valuable experiences and advice for your future career direction. Even more special, these mentors are HSU alumni – those who have achieved success in the very fields they are pursuing.
With the establishment of the Hoa Sen Mentoring Program, and with the companionship of industry experts, mentors – the ones who have gone ahead – bring students practical experiences, valuable lessons, useful knowledge, and strong career guidance to confidently step into the future.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Tam, M.A. – Psychology Expert at Hon Viet Psychological Counseling Center and Mentor of Season 1, shared: “I truly feel happy to be a Mentor of Season 1 and to receive students’ gratitude. They have seen the values that the Hoa Sen Mentoring Program brings. I believe this is a meaningful, valuable, and timely program for students at the present time.”
Through three seasons of implementation, Hoa Sen Mentoring has affirmed itself as one of the most prominent student support programs at Hoa Sen University. In Season 1 alone, the program recorded impressive numbers: 17,280 minutes of mentoring, 204 meetings, 302 mentee recaps, 56 mentees, 26 mentors who were experts and successful alumni, and 25 activities organized.

Building on that success, in Seasons 2 and 3, the program expanded in scale with the participation of more than 100 mentors, including entrepreneurs, experts, business leaders, and successful alumni. Through 1:1 mentoring, skill workshops, field trips, and enterprise connections, the program has helped hundreds of HSU students clearly define career orientations, develop leadership skills, gain confidence in communication, and be well-prepared to integrate into a professional working environment.
Entering 2025, the Hoa Sen Mentoring Program officially launches its 4th season, promising to bring students even more diverse opportunities for learning and experience. In this season, HSU students will:

Especially, from June to August 2025, students who register as mentees of Season 4 will join a 7-week mentoring and skills development journey with 21 women leaders from JCI Wonder Woman.
