Vị trí: Airfreight Coordinator

Performance (40%)
1/Making the documentation
– Send the arrival notice to customer on time
– Send the booking to airlines on time
– Send the booking confirmation to customer on time
2/Handle document exactly
– Handle documentation exactly
– Finish file on time per month
Customer Satisfaction (15%)
1/External Complaint from customer
– Take care customer careful & satisfy the customer requests
– Follow SOP strictly.
2/Internal Complaint from Customers
– Work closely with other BU to get the full information to handle the shipment
– Support other BU to provide the best service to the customers
Operation Excellence (15%)
1/Initiative
– Create new initiative for development and improvement
2/Compliance assurance
– Follow the ITL regulations strictly
Human Resource Management (10%)
1/Training course (internal or/and external) from company to improve the skills
2/Company activities participating
RESPONSIBILITY
– Ensure to send the booking, document on time
– Ensure to finish files before deadline
– Ensure to satisfy customer request
– Ensure no complaints from internal & external customers
AUTHORITY
– Have the right to refuse some requests from external & internal customers which conflict with company policy
– Have the right to proposal to Manager for good execution and achieve targets assigned

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

QUALIFICATIONS
– Bachelor, college of foreign trade economic
– Knowledge of Transportation industry
– Good in English (B Level)
– Good Computer skills (MS Office)
EXPERIENCE
– Min. 1 year – experience of the role
– Working for Logistic, Transportation, Express … is preferred
INTERNAL & EXTERNAL RELATIONSHIPS
– Report directly to A/F supervisor from AF Dept
– Report Indirectly to Head BU as required
– Interaction with other BU: Sales, Operation, …
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS – WORKING CONDITIONS & OTHERS
– Willing to work overtime (out of office hours, weekend, break days) to finish tasks assigned
– Joining some other Projects as required
