• Show student ID / ID card (do not use other people’s card)
• Put your backpack, bag in the right place (wardrobe) – Apply at Quang Trung

• Find directly to the bookshelf
• Readers use website to access http://catalog.hoasen.edu.vn  to find documents 
• Ask directly at the service counter

• Readers use search engines and personal computers to access the electronic database through the University’s internal wifi

• Readers access the Website Library Resources Directory => select the online database
