Hoa Sen Go Global – International Integration Program

Dedicated to training global citizens through its liberal arts philosophy, Hoa Sen University offers international opportunities to help students broaden their cross-cultural perspectives and gain practical experience. The Hoa Sen Go Global program serves as a bridge, taking students to many countries across the region and around the world. Each trip not only helps students acquire professional knowledge and refine skills for global integration, but also nurtures their confidence, courage, and ambition to go further.

CULTURAL EXCHANGE AT XIAMEN – CHINA

During the trip to Xiamen University – an institution with more than 100 years of history, outstanding with its magnificent architecture and rich academic tradition, students of Hoa Sen University participated in academic exchanges at the College of Foreign Languages, learning about the education system, training programs, and the development process of the University.

Along with academic activities, students also visited the Xiamen Museum, the Science and Technology Museum, and historical sites, as well as experienced the traditional Mid-Autumn Festival through the folk game Bo Bing, tea ceremony, and local cuisine. Especially, students of the Chinese Language major had the opportunity to practice daily communication in Chinese, thereby improving their confidence and integration skills.

MEETING LEADING ENTERPRISES IN SOUTH KOREA

In South Korea, Hoa Sen students had an exchange session with Mr. William Jeong – Vice President of K-Shipbuilding Group, one of the largest shipbuilding companies in the country. He highly appreciated the open-minded and dynamic spirit of the students and expressed his desire for future recruitment collaboration.

Students also experienced learning at Gachon University, explored the global technology development journey at the Samsung Innovation Museum, and visited many famous landmarks: Gyeongbokgung Palace, Starfield Library, Busan Cinema Center, Eunpyeong Hanok Village, and Haeundae Beach. Through these activities, they gained deeper insights into Korean culture and lifestyle

EXPLORING PANYAPIWAT INSTITUTE OF MANAGEMENT (PIM)

As part of the Hoa Sen Go Global program, students had a study trip to Panyapiwat Institute of Management (PIM) – the first and largest university in Thailand to implement a training model closely connected with enterprises. Students visited modern practice rooms in hospitality, aviation, laboratories, and more, while learning about the practice-oriented education model – a distinctive strength of PIM.

Speaking at the meeting, Dr. Usanee Kulintornprasert – Director of International Relations at PIM – highly appreciated the Hoa Sen Go Global program, considering it a meaningful activity that helps students broaden their knowledge, enhance practical experience, and integrate internationally. She also expressed her expectation that the two universities will soon proceed to sign a memorandum of understanding (MOU) to further promote student exchange programs in the future.

SOLVING BUSINESS PROBLEMS IN SINGAPORE – MALAYSIA

During the study trip to Singapore and Malaysia, students of Hoa Sen University were exposed to modern learning methods and explored the educational environment of many prestigious universities.

At Raffles University Iskandar, students attended classes with Prof. Melvin, directly working on real-world business case studies – a highly practical experience that helped them strengthen critical thinking and problem-solving skills. The delegation also collaborated with faculty members at SIM Management Institute, receiving positive feedback on their dynamism and ability to absorb knowledge. In particular, the visit to the University of Birmingham – one of the world’s Top 100 universities – broadened students’ international perspectives and allowed them to gain exposure to global academic standards.
