Position: PROJECT DOCUMENTATION CONTROLLER

1. Administrative tasks

• Build up system for documentation and data storage ( folders, numbering, archive place)
• Tracking of all drawings, official documents required for permitting: construction permit, mining licences
• Formatting and fine tuning of various documents( contracts, memos, minutes, reports )
• Translation of necessary documentation (or organization of translations)
• Administrative support for project members (filing, coping, printing)
• Opening of purchasing requisitions in SAP ( based on request)

2. Organizational tasks

• Coordination of general services (transport organization accommodation, business trips, small purchasing for project needs)
• Preparation of draft ppt. presentations
• Coordination and organization of meetings and related logistic of participants (reservation of meeting rooms, beamer, and other necessary facility, contact with meeting participants)
• Keeping of meeting minutes from project team meetings
• Organize and maintain calendar of project management members
• Contact person between project team members and SCC-VN. (IT, HR, Legal)

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

1. Educational Qualifications:

• High School completion
• Capability to communicate fluently in English
• Computer skills: MS office
• Knowledge in SAP

2. Relevant Experience:

• 2-3 years admin. Work experience
