With the aim of helping students and young people equip themselves with comprehensive preparation for their future career journeys, the Institute of International Education and Global Engagement and the Institute of English Language and International Integration, Hoa Sen University collaborate with EducationUSA at the U.S. Consulate General in Ho Chi Minh City to organize the workshop “Four Leadership Skills Every Future Business Leader Needs.”
n an increasingly volatile and competitive business environment, leadership skills are no longer an advantage reserved only for those in managerial positions. They are core competencies that anyone who wants to create a real impact in their career needs to develop from an early stage.

Four Essential Leadership Skills for the Next Generation of Future Business Leaders
The workshop is built around the four most important leadership skill pillars that the future generation of business leaders needs to master and apply effectively in the modern corporate environment:
- Vision – Building a vision is the ability to look beyond what currently exists, identify a clear direction, and inspire the entire team to work toward a common goal. This is the first and most important quality that distinguishes a true leader from an ordinary manager.
