The Institute of International Education & Global Engagement (HSU-IIE&GE) is the core unit of Hoa Sen University responsible for implementing international education and cooperation activities, including: developing international academic programs, promoting scholarly exchange, and fostering research collaboration with prestigious universities worldwide. On that foundation, the Institute is committed to building high-quality cooperation models that contribute to spreading international education standards to learners in Vietnam.
Through a network of more than 80 international university partners from the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, France, the United States, Europe, Japan, South Korea, and beyond, the Institute creates a diverse international learning ecosystem that enables Hoa Sen students to engage with multicultural academic environments and strengthen their capacity for global integration.

First Level: Hoa Sen University’s educational philosophy emphasizes Human-centric, Self-directed, and Utility-oriented values, centering on people, empowering learners, and translating knowledge into practical impact;
Second level: Hoa Sen University nurtures liberal thinking, applies knowledge in education, fosters innovation in the knowledge ecosystem, and implements intelligent operations; and,
