Dr. Ian had a successful career in sales management in London before transitioning to higher education after completing his MBA. He led international programs at Aberystwyth University and Swansea University, then joined De Montfort University as Associate Dean for International in 2019, where he also taught Management Skills and was appointed as a Visiting Professor at Beijing City University.

Neil Hart is the Deputy Director of Transnational Education (TNE) within the Global Partnerships Unit (GPU). He oversees the University’s transnational education activities.

Neil joined De Montfort University (DMU) in 2021 and has worked in Higher Education since 1996, with more than a decade of experience establishing and managing UK-based international partnerships for Staffordshire University and Coventry University.

He has lived and worked in several sub-Saharan African countries, including Zimbabwe, South Africa, and the Democratic Republic of the Congo, and began his career in education as a volunteer Physics teacher with Voluntary Services Overseas (VSO) in the Western Region of Ghana.

Neil holds a Doctorate in Engineering and is a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy.

Dr. Simon Hill earned his Ph.D. from Coventry University (UK) and is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (UK). He currently serves as Senior Lecturer and Programme Leader for internationally delivered programmes at De Montfort University (DMU), leading a team of 28 academic staff to deliver enterprise education to over 2,000 students. Combining extensive real-world experience as an entrepreneur with academic leadership, he has managed EU-funded ERASMUS+ research projects and served as an External Examiner for UK universities. Recognized for his innovative teaching pedagogy, Dr. Hill was awarded “Enterprising Educator” at the DMU Enterprise Awards in 2021.

Dr. Washad Emambocus earned his Ph.D. from London South Bank University (UK) and currently serves as Associate Professor in Enterprise and Partnership Lead Academic within the Faculty of Business and Law (Leicester Castle Business School) at De Montfort University (DMU). With over 15 years of experience in higher education teaching and academic leadership, his expertise spans Management Science, Operations Management, Behavioural Finance, and Transnational Education (TNE) development. In addition to his academic roles, Dr. Emambocus is a certified executive coach and active researcher, extensively contributing to student engagement, employability frameworks, and international educational partnerships.

Dr. Jiayi Wang earned her Ph.D. in Intercultural Communication from the University of Warwick and holds an EMBA from the University of Cambridge. She currently serves as Associate Professor and Acting Associate Dean International within the Faculty of Arts, Design and Humanities at De Montfort University (DMU, UK). Her expertise spans intercultural communication, transnational education (TNE), pragmatics, and applied linguistics, with extensively published research in top-tier journals such as Higher Education Quarterly, Journal of Pragmatics, and through Cambridge University Press. Alongside her academic leadership, Dr. Wang previously served as International Project Manager at the UK Ministry of Justice and as a senior intercultural consultant for major global organizations including Jaguar Land Rover, AstraZeneca, and Deutsche Bank.

Dr. Zu Dominiak is an illustrator, cartoonist, arts educator, and curator. They earned their Ph.D. focusing on comics as an educational tool for museums as well as a Master of Design in Comics and Graphic Novels from the University of Dundee, alongside a BA in Illustration from Edinburgh College of Art. Currently serving as a Senior Lecturer in Comics Studies and Contextual Studies at De Montfort University (UK), Zu boasts a vibrant international portfolio with work published across the UK, Poland, Australia, Burkina Faso, Mali, and Uganda. Their client list includes Manchester Museum, Imperial College London, Target Malaria, and the Digital Writers Festival. Beyond editorial illustration, children’s books, and board game design, Zu frequently collaborates with scholars to translate complex academic research into engaging, accessible comic resources for broad public audiences.

Mr. Mike Gibson currently serves as a lecturer at De Montfort University, Leicester. Mr. Mike holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management & Development from the University of Leicester. With nearly 10 years of experience in language teaching across various countries, he brings a wealth of expertise to his role.

Ben Grocott is an experienced international education professional currently serving as Global Partnerships Manager in the Global Partnership Unit at De Montfort University (DMU, UK). He holds the prestigious Chartered Manager status (CMgr MCMI) accredited by the Chartered Management Institute (CMI). Specializing in Transnational Education (TNE) management, Ben plays a key role in developing, managing, and expanding DMU’s global academic partnerships across Asia, Europe, and the Middle East. Combining strategic leadership with deep expertise in higher education governance, he is dedicated to driving impactful global learning initiatives and maintaining high standards of transnational academic delivery.

Anna Smalley is a Senior Lecturer in Graphic Design at De Montfort University (DMU, UK). Bringing extensive experience in design education delivered to UK academic standards, she plays a vital role in fostering creative pedagogy, visual communication, and brand identity design. Beyond her academic duties in the UK, Anna actively contributes to DMU’s transnational education (TNE) partnerships, sharing her substantive insights into creative methodology and global design standards with international students across partner institutions worldwide.

Duncan Hepworth works as Partnership Development Manager within the Global Partnership Unit and is responsible for identifying and developing new Transnational Education Partnerships. Duncan’s geographic area includes Africa, South East and East Asia and the Americas.

Duncan has over 20 years’ experience within the education sector both in the UK and overseas and has been with DMU since December 2017.

Before working at DMU, Duncan has worked in international higher and secondary education recruitment with education institutions and recruitment agents around the world for over five years.

Kerry Harrison serves as the Collaborative Partnerships Manager within the Global Partnership Unit at De Montfort University (DMU, UK). She holds key responsibility for the operational management and strategic delivery of the university’s transnational education (TNE) partnerships. An alumna of DMU, Kerry graduated with a First Class Honours degree in BA (Hons) Government, Management and Public Policy before joining the university’s professional staff in 2009. Bringing over 15 years of dedicated expertise in higher education administration, she plays a vital role in maintaining academic quality and fostering impactful international educational collaborations worldwide.

Richard Child is the specialist Lecturer for the international BA (Hons) Graphic Design programme between De Montfort University (UK) and Hoa Sen University. With more than twenty years’ experience in art and design education, Richard has driven the development of forward-looking curricula and international education collaborations. Passionate about creative learning, Richard empowers students to explore design as an evolving, boundary-crossing discipline that connects ideas, culture, and innovation.

M.A. David Morris holds a Master’s degree in TESOL from Lancaster University (UK), one of the world’s leading institutions for language education and research. With over six years of teaching experience across the UK and Vietnam, he has served in diverse academic roles, including Curriculum Developer at DOL English, Oxbridge Tutor at Insight Academy (UK), and EAL Teacher at ISMART and SEAMEO RETRAC. Currently, he serves as a Visiting Lecturer for the joint program between De Montfort University and Hoa Sen University, as well as Ton Duc Thang University. Combining deep pedagogical expertise with a dynamic, student-centered approach, Mr. Morris provides engaging and high-impact language learning experiences.

M.A. Ben Adam Clairmonte holds a Bachelor’s degree in History from the University of Sussex and earned his Master’s degree in Education, Gender, and International Development from University College London (UCL)—a world-leading institution in educational research. He brings diverse experience in academic instruction and curriculum delivery across top-tier higher education institutions in Vietnam. He currently serves as a Lecturer at Hoa Sen University, the International School of Business (ISB), and Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics and Finance (UEF). Leveraging his cross-cultural expertise and modern pedagogical approaches, he provides students with global perspectives on education and international development.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyễn Hữu Huy Nhựt is an educational administrator with nearly three decades dedicated to teaching, research, and university administration. He earned his PhD in Economics from the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City. In 2015, he was recognized by the State Council for Professorship as meeting the standards for the title of Associate Professor in Economics, and in 2017, he was appointed by the Ministry of Home Affairs to the rank of Senior Lecturer.

Throughout his career, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyễn Hữu Huy Nhựt has held many key leadership positions at reputable higher education institutions, contributing actively to the development of training quality, scientific research, and faculty development: Vice President of the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City, Director of the Human Resources Organization Department of Nguyen Hoang Education Group, Vice President of Hong Bang International University; and also a Member of the Grassroots Professorship Council of the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City (2016–2019) and Vice Chairman of the Grassroots Professorship Council of Ba Ria – Vung Tau University in 2021.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Tuan Duc received his PhD in Signal Processing and Telecommunications Networks from the Institut de Recherche en Informatique et Systèmes Aléatoires (IRISA), University of Rennes 1, France, in 2009. He completed his Master’s degree in Electronics and Communication Systems at Pierre and Marie Curie University in collaboration with Télécom ParisTech, France, in 2005, and earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Telecommunications from Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology under the PFIEV Program in 2004.

In 2016, he was accredited by the State Council for Professorship as meeting the criteria for the title of Associate Professor. Throughout his career, he has accumulated extensive experience in academic leadership, institutional management, and professional consultancy. Moreover, he has held senior positions at International University – Viet Nam National University Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnamese-German University, and Van Lang University, and has acted as an expert consultant for technology enterprises, including Viettel R&D and Viettel Smart Devices. In addition, he has contributed to digital transformation and smart city projects for government agencies such as District 1, District 12, the Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee, and the Ho Chi Minh City High-Tech Park.

Dr. Phan Vo Minh Thang currently serves as Dean of Economics and Business Faculty at Hoa Sen University. He is also a lecturer responsible for teaching courses in Economics and Business in the undergraduate program.

Dr. Tran Quang Hai holds a Bachelor’s degree in English Language from Ho Chi Minh City University of Education, a Master’s degree in TESOL from Victoria University (Australia), and a Ph.D. in Comparative-Contrastive Linguistics from the University of Social Sciences and Humanities (VNU Vietnam). He currently serves as the Dean of the Institute of English and Global Engagement at Hoa Sen University, having previously managed international programs such as Vatel and Global Pathway. With extensive experience in academic management and teaching, Dr. Hai has authored over 10 research papers in international journals and conference proceedings, while playing a key role in national/ministry-level research projects.

I am Dr. Nguyen Tien Thinh (Ray), currently serving as a Lecturer at De Montfort University (DMU, UK), where I teach Microeconomics, Fundamentals of Business, and Multinational Enterprises in the Global Economy. In my teaching, I strive to integrate academic knowledge with practical business applications, preparing students for successful international careers. I also hold the position of Director of the International Business Program at Hoa Sen University, where I oversee curriculum development, academic planning, and industry collaboration. I earned my Ph.D. in International Business from the National Kaohsiung University of Science and Technology (Taiwan). Following my doctoral studies, I worked as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the same university, conducting applied research in international business, data analysis, and machine learning. I also hold an International MBA (IMBA) from I-Shou University, Taiwan. My academic and professional experience covers international business, applied econometrics, data analysis, and machine learning, complemented by practical experience in marketing and communications. I am committed to fostering students’ global perspectives, bridging academic theory with real-world practice, and contributing to international research collaborations.

Dr. Nguyen Hai Dang earned his Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Public Management from the National Economics University, a Master’s degree in Transport Organization and Management from Vietnam Maritime University, and his Ph.D. in Maritime and International Logistics from Mokpo National Maritime University (South Korea). He brings over 10 years of combined experience in academic instruction, scientific research, and corporate operations, having served as Head of Import-Export at LIVA Trading Service & Import-Export Co., Ltd. and Lecturer at the International Education Institute (Vietnam Maritime University). An active scholar, Dr. Dang has authored multiple research papers in prestigious international journals (such as Atmosphere), focusing on port management, sustainable maritime transportation, and green logistics.

Dr. Bui Hong Mai earned her Bachelor’s degree in International Finance from SolBridge International School of Business (South Korea), a Master of Business Administration from Western Sydney University, and her Ph.D. in Economics (Finance) from RMIT University. An active researcher, Dr. Mai has authored and co-authored numerous publications in prestigious Scopus-indexed journals (such as International Review of Economics & Finance and PlosOne) and book chapters published by Emerald Publishing, focusing on quantitative finance, cryptocurrency markets, Fintech, and stock market dynamics.

Dr. Tran Nam Quoc earned his Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Strasbourg (France), alongside a Master’s degree in Development Economics (Vietnam–Netherlands Programme at University of Economics HCMC) and a Bachelor’s degree in English Language. He brings over 20 years of diverse expertise spanning corporate management in the banking and financial sectors (Nam A Bank, Sacombank Securities, Vietnam Gold Joint Stock Company) and higher education leadership. He has served in key academic management roles including Dean of the Faculty of Business at UMT and Vice Dean of the Faculty of Economics & Management at Hoa Sen University. An active scholar, Dr. Quoc has published extensively in high-impact Scopus Q1 and Q2 journals (including Economics of Innovation and New Technology, Journal of Environmental Management, and Journal of Knowledge Economy) and boasts rich experience lecturing in international partner programs across the USA, UK, Malaysia, and Thailand.

Ms. Mai Kim Thoa is a dedicated Lecturer at Hoa Sen University with over 10 years of experience in English-medium instruction. She holds a Professional Master’s degree in Hospitality & Tourism from Université de Toulouse le Mirail. Her expertise spans across Service Marketing, Managerial Skills, and Strategic Innovation. As an active researcher, she focuses on the intersection of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and human interaction, notably contributing to studies on ChatGPT’s impact in Vietnam. With her background as a Blue Ocean Strategy facilitator, she brings a blend of academic rigor and practical strategic insight into the classroom.

M.A. Nguyen Thi Truc Van (Van Nguyen) graduated as Valedictorian with a Bachelor’s degree in Professional Communications from RMIT University Vietnam (recipient of the 100% President’s Scholarship) and earned her MBA with Distinction from the ISB – WSU MBA Talent program. Boasting over 7 years of hands-on experience in Brand Management and Global eBusiness, she has held key managerial roles at Nestlé Vietnam and Nestlé Zone AOA, successfully steering major brand initiatives for MILO and earning top industry accolades including Cannes Lions Scholar 2025, Vietnam Young Lion 2024, and Youtube Works Grand Prix Winner. Combining strategic vision, data-driven eBusiness expertise, and deep corporate experience, she delivers practical, forward-looking insights to modern business education and consulting.

M.A. Nguyen Minh Ngoc Quynh earned both her Bachelor of Commerce and Master of Business Administration (MBA) degrees from RMIT University Vietnam, having also graduated from the prestigious Le Hong Phong High School for the Gifted. She possesses over 12 years of dual expertise spanning higher education and executive practice across Marketing, Sales, and Business Administration. In addition to her academic career, she brings rich enterprise management experience from her roles as Assistant Brand Manager at PNJ (CAO Fine Jewelry), Content Marketing & Customer Service Team Lead at NuBest Inc., as well as hands-on business ownership in F&B and real estate.

M.B.A. Bui Anh Dung earned both his Bachelor of Commerce (Marketing major) and Master of Business Administration (MBA) degrees from RMIT University, and is currently a Ph.D. candidate in Business Administration. Bringing over a decade of combined industry experience and academic expertise, he has held key marketing management roles across various organizations including VsionGlobal, Talecity, IvyPrep Education, and iCanfield Vietnam. An active academic contributor, he has authored and co-authored numerous Scopus-indexed research papers, English-language textbooks (Marketing Management, Brand Management, Digital CRM), and scholarly publications focusing on Digital Marketing, E-commerce, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) applications.

M.A. Bui Thi Hoa holds a Bachelor’s degree in English Language from the University of Languages and International Studies (VNU) and earned her Master’s degree in Communication from Chulalongkorn University (Thailand)—one of the top-ranked universities in Southeast Asia. Possessing outstanding multilingual proficiency (IELTS 8.0, fluent in both English and Thai), she brings over a decade of teaching and research experience across international academic environments, including Mahasarakham University and Chulalongkorn University. She currently serves as a Lecturer in the Faculty of Marketing and Communication at Hoa Sen University. In addition to her teaching, M.A. Bui Thi Hoa is an active researcher with works presented at international conferences, specializing in consumer behavior, puffery advertising, and applied linguistics.

M.A. Tran Trong Trung holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Fine Arts (Fashion Design) from Ton Duc Thang University and earned his Master’s degree in Creative Design in the United Kingdom. Boasting over 15 years of industry experience in product design, sample development, and brand identity, he has held key leadership positions including Co-Founder & Design Manager at Dederoo Pty Ltd (Australia), Deputy Head of Design at An Lac Footwear Joint Stock Company, and Design Consultant at Shoe House Ltd. His integration of global design thinking with hands-on enterprise practice delivers practical and highly engaging educational experiences

M.Ed. Vo Thuy Duong holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Management from Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology and a Master of Education in Counseling from the University of Houston (Texas, USA). Combining data analytics with behavioral psychology, she brings extensive leadership experience from top multinational corporations, having served as Market Research & Data Analytics Manager at DKSH Vietnam and Forecasting Manager at Abbott Vietnam. Her dual expertise bridges academic insights with real-world business practice, delivering impactful perspectives to education and consulting.

Ms. Nhu is responsible for advising and assisting students in selecting, applying for, and preparing for study abroad programs. The role includes providing information about universities and programs abroad, guiding the visa application process, and preparing necessary documents. Additionally, she organizes webinars and events to help students and parents understand study abroad opportunities, as well as supporting students throughout their studies and living experiences overseas.

Ms Le Ngoc Yen Phuong holds a Bachelor’s degree from Ho Chi Minh City University of Education. She has experience in organising student activities and developing learning experiences. She connects students with academic, international, and practical opportunities to broaden their perspectives and develop their skills. She believes higher education extends beyond the classroom, empowering students to explore, engage, and realise their potential.

Mr. Vo Minh Hieu is an Academic Officer at the Institute of International Education & Global Engagement (IIE&GE), Hoa Sen University. He has extensive experience working in various managerial positions across both national and international companies. He believes that at Hoa Sen University, students should always be at the center, and all services should be designed to support their learning, growth, and overall success.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Bao Tram is an Executive of the Institute of International Education & Global Engagement (IIE&GE) at Hoa Sen University. She has experiences in Teaching and Education Management.

Ms. Nguyen To Quynh Ngan is currently a Digital Marketing Staff at the Institute of International Education & Global Engagement (IIE&GE). She graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing from Hoa Sen University.

She possesses solid hands-on experience in operating digital marketing channels and executing paid advertising campaigns, including professional experience at the e-commerce platform Droppii. With a proactive mindset and strong analytical thinking, she focuses on optimizing communication effectiveness through data-driven strategies, aiming to enhance campaign performance and improve the accuracy of the Institute’s target audience reach.

Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mr. Pham Uy Vu currently serves as an Admissions Officer for the De Montfort University – HSU Vietnam joint program. With a solid background in student admissions and educational communications, he possesses a deep understanding of student psychology and market trends. He focuses on developing partnership networks with high schools and enterprises, while continuously enhancing the quality of academic advising according to international standards.

Ms. Tran Hoai Thuong is an Academic Executive at the Institute of International Education & Global Engagement (IIE&GE), Hoa Sen University. With a solid background in Teaching and Education Management, she is deeply committed to supporting every student’s academic journey.
