From Paris to Seoul: The 2026 International Student Exchange Journey with HSU
Through the 2026 International Student Exchange Program offered by the IIE-GE at Hoa Sen University, students have the opportunity to study and gain experience at partner institutions across a network spanning Europe and Asia. Although lasting only one semester, this journey can broaden students’ worldviews, foster international connections, and provide valuable experiences for their future academic and professional paths.

Europe: where academic excellence meets international experience
France: discover a dynamic academic environment
France is one of the destinations available through Hoa Sen University’s international student exchange opportunities.
In Paris, Sciences Po is internationally recognized for its academic strengths in political science and international studies. Students can also explore business schools such as ESSCA, Excelia Group and Rennes School of Business, which offer internationally oriented learning environments.
Other partner institutions include IAE Paris-Est, IAE Bayonne, Institut Supérieur de Gestion, Y Schools and Sciences Po Lyon, giving students a range of options to explore different academic interests while experiencing life in France.
The Netherlands and Belgium: learning with a practical focus
In the Netherlands, Windesheim University of Applied Sciences offers an applied-learning environment that connects academic knowledge with practical experience.
In Belgium, students can explore institutions such as Artevelde University of Applied Sciences and Arts and Karel de Grote University of Applied Sciences and Arts. These destinations provide opportunities to experience multidisciplinary learning and develop practical perspectives in an international setting.
Czech Republic: experience European education in Prague
University of New York in Prague offers an international learning environment in the Czech Republic, with English-taught programs and an academic setting that connects European and American educational perspectives.
For students looking to experience life in Central Europe while studying in an international environment, Prague offers a distinctive setting for an exchange semester.
Asia: creativity, technology and a vibrant student life
South Korea: where culture meets creativity
For students interested in communication, arts and creative industries, Chung-Ang University in Seoul is an exciting destination to explore.
Studying in South Korea allows students to experience a dynamic academic environment while discovering one of Asia’s most influential youth cultures. An exchange semester in Seoul can also provide opportunities to observe the development of creative industries and connect with students from different cultural backgrounds.
Taiwan: explore technology and design
Taiwan offers a range of destinations for students interested in technology, design and applied education.
Shih Chien University is particularly known for its design-oriented education. Students can also explore opportunities at National Chin-Yi University of Technology (NCUT), National Formosa University (NFU) and Chang Jung Christian University.
