We are recruiting a Chief accountant in Ho Chi Minh City.

The qualified candidate will be responsible for the comprehensive financial and tax management of the Vietnam subsidiary. If you are passionate in cross border e-commerce and interested in this position, don’t hesitate to contact us.

Job responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the comprehensive financial and tax management of the Vietnam subsidiary;

2. Complete the monthly tax declaration and annual audit of the Vietnam subsidiary.

3. Connect with headquarters accounting department to identify and reconcile the differences between Vietnamese local accounts and SAP accounts.

4. Assist the business department in issuing sales invoices.

5. Prepare a monthly funding plan for the Vietnamese subsidiary.

岗位职责：

1. 负责越南子公司全面财税管理工作；

2. 完成越南子公司对外的每月税务申报及年审工作；

3. 对接总部账务部门，识别及核对越南本地账与SAP账差异：

4. 协助业务部门开具销售发票；

5. 编制越南子公司每月资金计划。

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Job requirements:

1.5 years or more of work experience in Subsidiary Company Finance; at least 1 year of financial experience in Logistics Company;

2. Previous experience as Chief Accountant of a Vietnamese company, preferred;

3. Have reported to overseas headquarters work experience is a bonus;

4. Be fluent in Vietnamese and Chinese.

5. Able to complete work independently and possess professional ethics.

任职要求：

1. 5年或以上的子公司财务工作经验；其中最少1年为物流公司财务经验；

2. 曾担任越南公司Chief Accountant经验，优先考虑；

3. 曾有汇报至海外总部的工作经验为加分项；

4. 操流利越南语及中文；

5. 能自主独立完成工作，具专业操守；
