At the Opening Ceremony of the academic year 2022 - 2023 of Hoa Sen University (HSU), Mr. Haike Manning - Former New Zealand Ambassador to Vietnam sent the message: Always be yourself, with the best version. This is also the theme of the ceremony – Be yourself, But be your best self.

n 26th October, 2022, The Opening Ceremony of the academic year 2022-2023 of Hoa Sen University (HSU) took place at Military Zone 7 Gymnasium (Phu Nhuan District, Ho Chi Minh City) with the theme "Be yourself - But be your best self.” At the ceremony, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Vo Thi Ngoc Thuy - President of HSU shared with new students and parents, who have chosen HSU as the place to send their children.

Not only the space is professionally and solemnly designed with flowers, candles, and reeds, the performances at the talkshow "Wedding Planner - The Untold Story" are arranged by students of Hoa Sen University (HSU) like a real wedding ceremony for the subject project.

With the goal of internationalizing the learning and working environment for students, lecturers and staff, Hoa Sen University (HSU) launches Hoa Sen English Center - Hoa Sen English Zone at Thanh Thai campus (7/1, Thanh Thai, ward 14, district 10, HCMC). The Center's launch ceremony was held on October 10 with the participation of a large number of students and lecturers.

October 26, 2022, with the excitement of students across the country entering the new school year, Hoa Sen University (HSU) solemnly held the Opening Ceremony and Welcoming New Students in the 2022-2023 school year with the theme "Be yourself - But be your best self" at Military Zone 7 Stadium (Phu Nhuan District, HCMC).

On the evening of September 6, the ranking finale of the reality TV show "Gen Z - the leading generation" was broadcast with many attractive competitions. After many intense rounds of competition, Phung Minh Hang - a student of Le Hong Phong High School for the Gifted excellently became the champion of season 2.
