Job Functions of Consultant / Senior Consultant

•  Manage and grow your own recruitment desk by building up client portfolio of specific industry.
• Proactively identify new business opportunities and establish relationship potential clients.
• Handle the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing, shortlisting, interviewing, making expert recommendations and maintaining relationships.
• Deliver placements to achieve individual financial target consistently on a monthly basis.
• Build and maintain strong consultative relationship with clients and candidates.
• Understand both job seekers’ and clients’ expectations, and manage a successful & good process in any job seeking experience.
• Actively recruit using various methodologies to ensure quality database.
