About the Program

The Management Associate Program (MAP) is a development program for highly entrepreneurial, enthusiastic and ambitious young graduates who desire a fast-paced, dynamic, and challenging work environment. This is a chance for you to will be a part of the online shopping and selling destination in Southeast Asia.

Next to this, you will be enrolled in a tailor-made training program and will enjoy mentoring from C-level Executives and experienced senior managers throughout the organization. And the program will offer with unique professional experience for your career path. Especially, the program will be a springboard to develop your key technical and managerial skills, knowledge and network of contacts to enable a successful career with not only Lazada Vietnam but also Lazada Group.
