Job description:
- Have a passion for hospitality: Enjoy working in a team environment to share our love of great food, drink, and a warm dining experience with our guests.
- Make friendly relationships with the guests: Learn their names, learn their favourite food and drinks, learn their dietary restrictions, etc.
- Guide guests through their meal: Offer recommendations for dishes and best drink pairing options. Have full understanding of the menu and be able to confidently explain dishes and answer menu related questions.
- Soft skills: Communication, problem solving, time management.
- Cashier: Held responsible for opening and closing procedures of the restaurants daily cash flow.
- Service: Assuring the dining room is set with proper linens, flatware, plate ware. Prepare a clean restaurant with pleasant smell and aesthetic.
Salary:
- 35K per hour, plus shared service fee and tips
Requirements:
- Good English communication
- At least 1 year service in a Western bar or restaurant.
- FOH cashier and service support
- Organization, clean habits, attention to detail, energetic character, team spirit, flexible hours, a big smile and great hygiene.
- Adaptability to change and willingness to embrace new ideas and processes
