[HSU GRADUATION CEREMONY] NOTES FOR THE NEW FACULTY TO CONVENIENTLY ‘DEPART’ WITH THE 41ST DEPARTURES

With the message, HSU will be an international airport, a place to equip knowledge, skills and foreign languages for the new faculty to take off to the world, the 41st graduation ceremony with the theme THE 41ST DEPARTURES.

‘In order for the ”flight” to take off from HSU International Airport to depart smoothly, don’t forget the following IMPORTANT NOTES!’

Check-in time: After the check-in period, the organizers will not resolve cases of lateness for New Faculty and Parents

+ Morning shift: 06h00 – 07h00 on February 24, 2024

+ Afternoon shift: 12h00 – 13h00 on February 24, 2024

When attending, you must wear a ceremonial dress and bring an invitation letter and a costume deposit receipt. The ticket control department will not handle any case without an invitation.

Each New Faculty has its own order number (List of New Faculty and STT sent by email). You must be pasted the right number and sat the right number in the same order as the diagram to be named and shown the right slide, receive the right cover and certificate of merit.

‘The dress will be paid after you leave the auditorium at the ”Autumn Ceremony” area.’ The organizers only refund the deposit when there are enough hats, costumes and a receipt of the dress deposit.

For cases where Tan Khoa is force majeurely late, you will not be named after STT, but will name it at the end of the program and the slide shown at the stage will be the KV of the program.

For cases where you need to leave before the event is over, you must wait for your Faculty to complete the naming ceremony – awarding the degree. BTC will create conditions for you to leave the auditorium immediately afterwards.

New Faculty and Parents take care of their personal information when attending (Do not bring valuables, avoid theft as every year).
