From classroom to career: Nearly 400 students unveil professional portfolios through graduation projects
From June 29 to July 10, 2026, nearly 400 students of Hoa Sen University from the Marketing, Digital Marketing, Public Relations, and Media Production and Management programs presented and defended their graduation theses and final projects. Their achievements not only celebrate years of dedication and learning but also reflect their readiness to transform academic knowledge into professional practice.
Addressing Market Challenges Through Innovation
The true measure of a university journey is not found in transcripts alone, but in the ideas students bring to life. For graduates of the Faculty of Marketing and Communication at Hoa Sen University (HSU), graduation projects demonstrate how years of learning evolve into innovative solutions that address real-world challenges for businesses and society.
Each project reflects extensive research, market surveys, and strategic thinking. From solving business challenges in marketing and communications to designing brand strategies, integrated communication plans, and digital marketing campaigns, students apply academic knowledge to real-world contexts supported by data and research. Beyond marketing and communication solutions for businesses, many projects address social values and community concerns, reflecting the creativity and sense of responsibility of young people.
What connects these projects is the ability to bridge academic knowledge with real-world applications. Through the journey from problem identification and user research to data analysis, strategy development, and solution implementation, HSU students develop not only professional competencies but also the mindset and confidence needed to thrive in the future workplace.

Experiential Learning Through Real-World Projects
Beyond evaluating the quality of each project, the defense sessions also provided a platform for students to demonstrate their ability to communicate ideas, justify their approaches, exchange perspectives, and solve practical challenges. These experiences reflect the essential skills required for marketing and communication professionals in today’s fast-changing industry.

For students of HSU’s Faculty of Marketing and Communication, graduation projects mark the transition from learners to emerging professionals. Beyond completing academic requirements, students build portfolios that reflect their expertise, creativity, and ability to deliver solutions for real-world contexts. Each project is shaped by knowledge, experience, and meaningful collaboration with lecturers, businesses, and industry partners.
Creative Talent Ready for the Future
At the Faculty of Marketing and Communication, learning extends beyond the classroom through an application-oriented training approach. Students are encouraged to take part in real-world projects, industry competitions, research activities, internships, and business collaborations. These hands-on experiences empower students to transform knowledge into action while building the creativity, adaptability, and professional mindset needed for their future careers.

Through graduation projects, nearly 400 HSU students have turned knowledge into practice and ideas into solutions. More than academic achievements, these projects represent the confidence, adaptability, and professional mindset developed through experiential learning. They serve as a strong foundation for graduates to enter the marketing and communication industry and continue creating impact in a changing world.
