On March 25, 2026, Hoa Sen University welcomed a delegation from De Montfort University, a long-standing strategic partner, for a visit and working session, including quality assurance activities for the DMU-HSU international joint program.

The working session brought together senior leaders from Hoa Sen University (HSU) and De Montfort University (DMU), highlighting the strong partnership between the two universities.

During the meeting, representatives from DMU carried out a comprehensive review of the DMU-HSU international joint program’s operations.

These core criteria ensure the program is delivered consistently and effectively while maintaining international quality standards.
Moreover, the assessment confirms that HSU meets requirements comparable to those of higher education institutions in the United Kingdom and demonstrates an ongoing commitment to continuous improvement toward international standards.

DMU–HSU at HSU is an international joint program transferred entirely and originally from De Montfort University (a Public University in the United Kingdom).
The program offers an international standard learning experience right in Viet Nam, ensuring students have access to the curriculum, assessment standards, and modern training methodologies used in the United Kingdom.
Graduates receive an international Bachelor’s degree awarded by De Montfort University, which is fully equivalent to the degree obtained by students studying directly at the main campus in Leicester, but at a cost of only 1/5 compared to a full-time study abroad program in the UK.
