The MOU signing ceremony between the Faculty of Science and Technology and VNPAY took place on June 7, 2022. The Memorandum of Understanding is the beginning of sustainable cooperation between the Faculty of Science and Technology – Hoa Sen University and VNPAY as cooperation in Fintech training. , internship programs, internships, seminars, and sponsorship of competitions organized by the Faculty.

To promote training and increase the practical experience for students of Financial Technology – Fintech, on June 7, Hoa Sen University (HSU) had a signing ceremony of cooperation with the Joint Stock Company. Vietnam payment solution – VNPay.
At the meeting, the HSU representative shared about the Fintech industry training program, thereby giving orientations to combine with VNPay in training, bringing practical experience into teaching. A representative from VNPay also introduced the scale and potential of job opportunities at this business.

Meanwhile, Hoa Sen University with the orientation of a dynamic international university has just launched the Fintech industry – one of the hot “thirst” industries for human resources today.
With 15 years of development, VNPay’s strong resources will create favorable conditions for HSU students to have the opportunity to study, experience, and even work in a professional and modern environment leading in Vietnam.
Dr. Phung Thai Minh Trang – Dean of the Banking and Finance Faculty of HSU said that Hoa Sen University is the first non-public university to have a Fintech major up until now.
“Fintech training programs at Hoa Sen University always keep up with modern trends. The combination of financial background knowledge combined with the ability to apply technology … is indispensable. The signing of VNPay cooperation will create practical experiences for you to study while working, with full knowledge and skills before going to work”, said Dr. Phung Thai Minh Trang shared.
According to the memorandum of cooperation, VNPay will support Hoa Sen students to practice at the company, coordinate in organizing workshops organized by the Faculty of Finance and Banking – HSU and VNPay company on hot topics, finance support for Fintech competitions of HSU students.
HSU students will experience and be exposed to cashless payment technology from VNPay and have the opportunity to participate in projects ordering from partners.
In particular, with its influence and strategic partner network available, VNPay will be a bridge for HSU to expand and develop other strategic relationships. Since then, the Fintech industry has been strong and created a lot of value for students.
