Job description
– Search for new potential customers that match the company’s strengths through the company’s independent sales channels or saleslead.

Main services of the company:

  • Sea freight, air freight for export and import goods (CY – CY) between Vietnam and Asia/ EU/ USA.
  • Transportation services and customs procedures for imported and exported goods (FOB/ CIF/ DDP/ DAP) for factories in the Northern region and foreign agents.
    – Take care of customers who have been using the company’s goods import and export services, expanding the demand for other services.
    – Draft marketing email content sent to potential customers and agents (English, Vietnamese).
    – Consulting on optimal transportation plans to suit specific customer needs
    – Negotiate and finalize contracts with customers.
    – Coordinate closely with other members in the room to ensure resolution of arising issues, questions and bring satisfaction to guests.
    – Always update the Logistics market situation and survey and set development orientation for market expansion.
    – Reporting and managing business activities (software supports FAST, CRM, BASE)
    – Other tasks as requested by direct manager.

Job requirements
– Graduated from College or higher with a related major, with 1 – 2 years or more experience in the field of Sales.

– Careful, dynamic, enthusiastic.

– Ability to organize, analyze work, and solve problems well.

– Able to work under high pressure, responsible for work.

– Proficient in common office information technology (Word, Excel, Internet, Outlook…).

– Good English communication (knowing Chinese is a plus)

Working hours: Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.; Saturday working 8am to 12pm
