HSU Unveils New Educational Philosophy and Strategic Direction for 2026 – 2030
Hoa Sen University has officially unveiled its educational philosophy and development strategy for 2026–2030, marking a significant milestone in its journey as it approaches its 35th anniversary.

On March 9, 2026, during the Hoa Sen University (HSU) educational philosophy presentation ceremony, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Huu Huy Nhut, HSU President, shared the university’s governance framework and strategic direction for the period 2026–2030. HSU’s educational philosophy and development strategy operate on three levels. The first level establishes the University’s foundational philosophy, anchored by three core values:

- Self-directed: Empowered Self-Determination; and,
- Utility-oriented: Purpose-Driven Application.
