HSU Football Club Shines in Men’s Futsal at Sports Fest 2025, Securing Top Individual Honors

With disciplined play, strong teamwork, and steady composure, HSU FC triumphed in the men’s futsal championship at Sports Fest 2025 in Ho Chi Minh City. They also earned outstanding individual awards, proudly showcasing the spirit of dynamic and well-rounded HSU students.

Eight university teams from Ho Chi Minh City competed fiercely in the men’s futsal Swiss Stage tournament at Sports Fest 2025. Throughout the intense competition, Hoa Sen University Football Club (HSU FC) delivered relentless consistency, showcasing competitive spirit and the seamless teamwork of a highly coordinated and disciplined team.

Combining sharp technique and strategic brilliance with a spirit of fair play, HSU players also impressed with their seamless coordination and discipline in every play. Furthermore, every match was a stepping stone to HSU FC’s commanding championship triumph.

HSU students’ exceptional personal achievements

In addition to the team championship, HSU FC made a strong impact in the tournament’s individual awards:

• Golden Ball for MVP player: Mr. Nguyen Trung Nhan, an Economic Law student, stood out with his intelligent playing style, game control, and exceptional competitive spirit; and,
• Golden Boot for top scorer: Mr. Luu Thanh Hy, a marketing student, dazzled with his sharp goal-scoring instincts and passionately electrifying finishes.

Sports Fest 2025, held in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi, was a dynamic student sports tournament designed to boost physical fitness, foster connections, and celebrate the spirit of healthy competition. In Ho Chi Minh City, the tournament featured five sports: men’s futsal, basketball, badminton, esports, and mixed games.
