[HTTT] ONLINE WORKSHOP “STUDY ABROAD IN CHINA – THINGS TO KNOW”

Study abroad in China is becoming one of the popular choices for international students. Studying in China not only provides opportunities for academic advancement in an advanced academic environment but also opens doors to unique cultural experiences and connections with one of the world’s largest economies.
To provide more information about studying abroad in China, the HSU Chinese Language Club will organize an online workshop “Studying Abroad in China – Things to Know” with the participation of speakers who are teachers currently or previously had the opportunity to study and work in this populous country.
- MC: Ms. Tran Thi Cam Tu – Director of Foreign Language Program 2, Hoa Sen University, with extensive teaching experience in education and languages.
- Speaker: Mr. Phan Minh Hieu – Master of Tourism Management from Tianjin University, China, Ph.D. candidate at Nanjing University with a major in Linguistics and Applied Linguistics.
This workshop promises to convey valuable information about studying abroad in China, including:
- Education system: Quality of teaching, infrastructure, academic programs in various fields.
- Tuition fees: Tuition and living expenses in China, scholarships, and financial support for international students.
- Cultural experiences: Cultural environment, cuisine, traditional festivals.
- Career opportunities and international connections.
With the presence of two highly qualified speakers, this workshop promises to provide valuable and diverse knowledge. It is certainly a great opportunity for participants to learn and exchange ideas. The workshop will also be attended by all Chinese language teachers of the Faculty of International Languages and Cultures.
Especially, after participating, attendees will be awarded a Certificate to earn credits in Foreign Language 2 courses and have the opportunity to apply for scholarships or the title of Excellent Student.
