GLOBALCONNECT WITH SUPER MENTORS – FREE ENGLISH SUPPORT CLASSES FOR HSU STUDENTS
GlobalConnect with Super Mentors Program: Enhance Your English Skills with Experts
Following the success of previous supplementary classes that have attracted the interest of a large number of students, the Department of Language and International Culture is proud to organize the GlobalConnect with Super Mentors program, aimed at helping students improve and elevate their English language skills.
Course Schedule: 7 sessions over 7 weeks, starting from Monday, October 28, 2024.
The program offers courses divided by proficiency levels:
- GC 1: Kickstart (equivalent to EII 1): Start your English learning journey with foundational skills.
- GC 2: Speak Out (equivalent to EII 2): Develop confident and flexible communication skills in various situations.
- GC 3: No More Limits (equivalent to EII 3): Overcome language barriers and enhance your diverse communication abilities.
- GC 4: Own the Talk (equivalent to EII 4): Master conversations and express yourself with confidence.
- GC 5: Go Global (equivalent to EII 5): Be ready to conquer the world with fluent English skills.
Program Objectives:
- Strengthen and enhance basic English skills.
- Eliminate the fear of communicating in English, helping students confidently integrate into international environments.
- Create opportunities to connect, share knowledge, and learn from experienced experts.
The program will be supported by Super Mentors, passionate instructors from the General English program within the Department of Language and International Culture. This is an opportunity for students not only to improve their English skills but also to gain valuable knowledge and receive dedicated support from experts.
Specially, to provide convenience for students, all classes will be conducted online.

Note:
- Students who attend all sessions and actively contribute will receive a 5% process grade bonus for EII courses.
- Due to limited seats, students are kindly asked to register only if they are certain they can attend the classes.
- Students should register for the course that matches their current proficiency level.
