Sleep Health and Insomnia Treatment Through CBT-I
Why do some people struggle to fall asleep even when they feel exhausted? What can be done when sleepless nights become a recurring problem? Addressing these questions requires a deeper understanding of sleep physiology, insomnia, and evidence-based treatment approaches. To explore these issues, the Institute of Psychology, under the Faculty of Languages and Psychology at Hoa Sen University, organizes a workshop titled “Sleep Health and Insomnia Treatment Through CBT-I”, featuring Dr. Bui Diem Khue. During the session, participants will gain insights into sleep science and the application of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I).

Combining specialized knowledge with practical learning, the workshop explores three key areas:
- Understanding Sleep and Insomnia: Explore the fundamentals of sleep physiology and common issues associated with insomnia;
