Victoria School Students Step into the World of Careers via the University Tour Program
The journey of career orientation gains deeper meaning when students experience real learning and working environments firsthand. Through the “University Tour” organized by DMU–HSU Vietnam in collaboration with Victoria School, students were allowed to discover themselves and gain valuable insights to guide their future academic and career choices.
Acquisition of Practical Experience for Understanding the University’s Learning Environment
On June 9, 2026, Hoa Sen University (HSU) welcomed students and teachers from Victoria School as part of the University Tour program organized by the HSU Institute of International Education and Global Engagement and the DMU–HSU Joint Program in Viet Nam.
Guided by UNESCO’s “Happy School” model, Victoria School is committed to fostering a positive, joyful, and holistic learning environment for students.
Through the University Tour program, students visited HSU and gained insights into its practice-based training model, diverse local and international programs, and the wide range of learning and development opportunities available in a globally integrated education environment. Through experiential activities, students were brought closer to a modern university environment, helping them build a clearer picture of their future academic journey and career path.
Career Talk: A Practical Look into Today’s Professional World
The “Career Talk” session was part of the program, offering Victoria School students the opportunity to engage directly with representatives from various departments of HSU.
Through the session, students gained practical insights into how each department operates within an internationally oriented higher education environment. Covering areas such as training, recruitment, communications, finance, human resources, international cooperation, and student experience, each department shared real-world career perspectives and relatable professional stories.
The exchange took place in an energetic atmosphere, with students actively engaging and asking questions about workplace environments, required skills for each position, and future career opportunities. These open discussions helped them better understand how various professional fields work together to build and operate a quality educational environment.
Exploration of HSU’s Dynamic Learning Environment
After the interactive session, students explored different functional departments, learning spaces, and hands-on training facilities across the HSU’s Nguyen Van Trang campus.
Through the visit, they experienced the vibrant and practice-oriented learning environment that defines student life at HSU. It also allowed them to connect more closely with HSU’s culture and gain inspiration for shaping their future academic and career journeys.

Beyond introducing academic programs, university tours provide students with real-world experiences that help them discover their interests, recognize their strengths, and gain a clearer vision of their future paths.
