Training is entirely in English, and learning through practical experience

Hoa Sen Elite Program students are currently majoring in Hotel Management and Restaurant and Hotel Management. The study program includes two years of theoretical study and 18 months of paid internship at a 5-star international hotel.

 According to MSc. Nguyen Thien Truong, Program Director, Hoa Sen Elite’s training philosophy was “practical learning – practical work”. Additionally, taught in small classes, students learn from both experienced lecturers and industry experts, including general managers and department heads from various businesses.

Many practice sessions take place in international standard simulation rooms with direct practice at 5-star hotels. As a result, students gain valuable experience from various key job positions within the industry, encompassing roles in kitchen, restaurant, and bar service, bartending, business and marketing, and human resources, at prominent domestic and international organizations.

Through English instruction, students enhance their language proficiency, enabling them to adapt to and meet international demands easily. Concurrently, the program emphasizes the development of soft skills, management thinking, and cross-cultural adaptability – essential qualities for success in a global environment.

Internship at a 5-star hotel, high income, and international experience

From the second year, Hoa Sen Elite Program students mark the start of an 18-month paid internship, allowing them to apply early knowledge and gain substantial real-world experience, accelerating their career preparation. Beyond Viet Nam, students also have the exciting opportunities to undertake internships in the USA, Switzerland, New Zealand, Hong Kong, … via international collaboration programs. With a J1 Visa, students can intern in the US with an average income of VN$46 – 60 million/month.
