HSU Young Logistics Talents 2025 Final Selection Round: Where Technology Ideas Take Off

On September 30, 2025, Hoa Sen University hosted the Final Selection Round of HSU Young Logistics Talents 2025, where the top 8 teams from the preliminaries competed in an exciting contest of ideas. The winning teams went on to represent HSU in the Semi-finals of the national competition “Vietnam Young Logistics Talents 2025”.

Modern technology in the global supply chain

Carrying the message “Applying modern technology to boost global supply chain efficiency”, the Final Selection Round of HSU Young Logistics Talents 2025 highlighted the spirit of innovation and creativity. A striking robotic hand on the backdrop vividly represented the fusion of traditional logistics with cutting-edge technologies like IoT, AI, and Blockchain.

Candidates showcased their knowledge through presentations, videos, and data visualizations, sparking engaging and persuasive debates.

The final selection round of HSU Young Logistics Talents 2025 was accompanied by a panel of judges who are experts and experienced managers in the field of logistics and supply chain: Mr. Ngo Van Tan Phat, CEO of Libra Express Co., Ltd; Ms. Elly Nguyen, Human Resources Director of Logicall Viet Nam Co., Ltd; MA. Nguyen Van Tuan, Head of Supply Chain for Vietnam, the Philippines, and Thailand, Vestas Wind Technology Vietnam LLC; and Dr. Bach Xuan Quang, HSU Lecturer of the Faculty of Logistics – International Trade.

The explosive moments of the eight competing teams

The HSU Young Logistics Talents 2025 program commenced with an opening address by Dr. Nguyen Huu Hao, Dean of the Faculty of Logistics – International Trade.

The competition commenced with 32 excellent candidates, divided into eight teams after successfully passing the preliminary round. Demonstrating confidence, solid professional knowledge, and thorough preparation, the teams delivered high-quality and competitive performances.

Many outstanding ideas focused on applying technology in logistics to enhance supply chain management efficiency and promote sustainable development.

Winning Team: Technological Breakthrough

The Jury was convinced by the winning team’s proposal at HSU Young Logistics Talents 2025: “Smart Quality Cold Chain – Applying IoT, AI & Blockchain to enhance the export of Vietnamese Dragon Fruit”.  Their innovative concept pioneered a new path for Vietnamese agricultural exports on the global stage.

Concluding the final selection round of HSU Young Logistics Talents 2025, MA. Nguyen Van Tuan summarized the event and congratulated all teams. He highly praised the creativity, courage, and real-world applicability of the ideas, expressing confidence that the students from HSU’s Faculty of Logistics – International Trade could become key factors in this promising industry.

The HSU Young Logistics Talents 2025 competition once again strongly affirms the university’s core value of “Experiential Learning”. Through this intellectual playground, students go beyond merely acquiring knowledge to actively experience and establish their practical abilities. The team achieving the highest score in the Final Selection Round will serve as HSU’s representative at the Regional Semi-finals, progressing toward the national competition Viet Nam Young Logistics Talents 2025.
