Curriculum Enhancement and Educational Quality Improvement
In education and training, HSU and VLUTE will strengthen knowledge exchange and coordinate training activities in economics, business, information technology, and other fields that reflect their respective strengths.

The partnership will also promote evidence-based approaches to curriculum development and program improvement. Through sharing data and experience, as well as consulting domestic and international benchmarks, both institutions aim to strengthen program management, evaluate learning outcomes, and keep their training programs responsive to evolving educational needs. Moreover, HSU and VLUTE aim to strengthen teaching and learning by exchanging instructional approaches, assessment methods, learning outcome measurement practices, and digital technology applications.
Through training programs, professional development activities, workshops, academic seminars, and faculty, expert, and student exchanges, both universities will foster an environment for ongoing knowledge sharing. Faculty members can gain new perspectives and update their professional practices, while students can benefit from continued improvements in curricula and teaching methods.

Strengthening Research, Technology Development, and Innovation
The MoU opens up opportunities for HSU and VLUTE to collaborate on science and technology initiatives, from proposing research programs and projects to implementing activities that reflect the strengths, needs, and resources of both institutions.
Beyond joint research, the partnership will facilitate the exchange of data and experience in university rankings, quality assessment, scientific research, international publishing, international cooperation, and innovation. By connecting expertise and sharing evidence, both universities aim to strengthen professional exchange and inform future improvements in research and institutional development.
Furthermore, HSU and VLUTE plan to bring researchers together through joint research groups, collaborative projects, scientific publications, and academic conferences and seminars in Viet Nam and internationally. By connecting faculty members and scientists, both universities aim to expand research networks, identify promising research directions, and encourage closer collaboration between academic inquiry and real-world practice.

Digital Resource Development for Teaching and Learning
Digital learning resource sharing forms an important part of the HSU – VLUTE partnership, complementing their cooperation in education and scientific research. They plan to coordinate the sharing and use of learning materials, particularly for common courses, general education courses, and courses with overlapping content in their training programs.
The resources are expected to encompass textbooks, lectures, reference materials, digital learning content, and video lectures. This collaboration aims to broaden access to academic resources and support teaching, learning, and scientific research across both institutions. Additionally, HSU and VLUTE aim to collaborate on building, digitizing, updating, and managing digital learning resource repositories, while exchanging experience in operating digital libraries, learning resource management systems, and online learning platforms.
These efforts are expected to broaden access to academic materials for faculty members and students, encourage innovation in teaching, and support self-directed learning by helping students take a more active role in seeking and applying knowledge. The sharing and use of resources will be governed by the scope, procedures, and access rights agreed upon by both parties, ensuring responsible use, information security, and respect for intellectual property rights.

By strengthening connections with universities in Viet Nam and internationally, including VLUTE, HSU seeks to build an open educational environment that encourages knowledge sharing, continuous learning, and the ongoing development of academic resources. These partnerships also create opportunities to bring research closer to practical needs, enabling knowledge to inform solutions to real-world challenges and contribute to the sustainable development of education and society.
