On May 19, 2026, the Student Center of Hoa Sen University (HSU) held the opening workshop of the Career Readiness series as part of the HSU CAREER FESTIVAL 2026: READY 4 REAL, drawing strong student participation.
Through practical insights shared by speakers, including:
- Ms. Nguyen Le Chi Mai, Co-founder of tiNiWorld;
- Ms. Vu Quynh Nhu, Director of Easy Education Consulting and Training Company Limited;
- Ms. Nguyen Ho Tra My, CEO of Myumminess Company Limited;
- Ms. Trinh Tran, HR Manager of Vie Healthcare Joint Stock Company; and,
- Ms. Emily Le, Founder and CEO of Digisource Company Limited and ZA Office Service Joint Stock Company
Through seasoned experts’ sharings, students gained valuable skills to enhance their job application capabilities and build a professional image.
The workshop focused on practical skills, including identifying common CV rejection mistakes, applying the “Action – Results – Numbers” formula to build strong CVs, and using AI to optimize CVs and application emails in line with American Thoracic Society (ATS) standards.
Students were also guided in professional communication with recruiters and gained hands-on experience with CV analysis and mock interviews at the Gemini AI booth.
