How AI Applications Give Teachers More Time to Inspire
On August 3 – 4, 2026, Hoa Sen University and Nguyen Du High School joined forces to organize the training program “AI-Driven Innovation in Teaching and Educational Management”, creating a space for educators to explore how AI is reshaping teaching and school leadership. The program focused on practical AI applications that support classroom instruction, educational planning, and administrative work.
Real-World AI Applications in Teaching
As digital transformation continues to reshape education, AI is becoming a valuable partner that opens new possibilities for teaching and learning. However, the impact of AI does not come from the number of tools educators use, but from their ability to choose and apply the right solutions for real educational needs. Reflecting this approach, Hoa Sen University (HSU) and Nguyen Du High School organized the training program “AI-Driven Innovation in Teaching and Educational Management” on August 3 – 4, 2026, helping teachers discover practical ways to integrate AI into their daily work and dedicate more time to what matters most: learners.

Moving beyond theoretical discussions, the training addressed real challenges educators encounter in their daily work. Therefore, teachers were guided on how to apply AI effectively in designing lesson plans, developing learning resources, supporting assessment processes, and enhancing feedback for learners. By supporting management and administrative tasks, AI helped educators reduce time spent on repetitive processes and focus more on meaningful educational activities.
Moreover, through a practice-oriented approach, the training enabled them to experience how AI could address real-world challenges and improve their daily workflows. Rather than simply learning about AI concepts, they actively practiced applying AI tools to specific tasks in teaching and educational management. This experience helped them recognize AI as a practical smart assistant that could support lesson preparation and enhance their daily work.

AI Enabling Teachers to Focus on Learners
With AI support, lessons can be developed faster, and administrative work can become more efficient. So, this allows teachers to return their focus to what matters most: connecting with learners, inspiring growth, and creating meaningful educational experiences. These human qualities include recognizing when a student needs support, encouraging learners to overcome self-doubt, asking questions that inspire critical thinking, and helping students believe in their ability to grow.
Therefore, AI in education should not be viewed as a replacement for teachers, but as a supportive partner that allows educators to focus on what technology cannot replicate: building connections, understanding learners, inspiring confidence, and guiding their development. This reflects the core message of the training program: technology is most meaningful when it empowers educators and strengthens the human values that define learning.

HSU’s Journey with General Education in the Age of AI
At HSU, educational innovation is driven by a commitment to addressing the real needs of both learners and educators. In an era when AI is reshaping how knowledge is created, accessed, and applied, empowering teachers with digital capabilities is essential for embracing new opportunities in education. Through partnerships with high schools, HSU continues to foster knowledge exchange, share resources, and collaborate with educators to identify practical, suitable technology solutions for each learning environment.
The future of education will be influenced not solely by technological advancements but by educators who are adept at utilizing these tools with clarity and purpose. Through meaningful collaboration between higher education and general education, AI can become a reliable ally, empowering teachers, enriching the learning experience, and ensuring that fundamental human values remain at the forefront of education within the classroom.
