Mr. Tu Phu Duc has been working at Hoa Sen University since 2014.
Graduated in Architecture from Ho Chi Minh City University of Architecture, Master in Urban Design and Development from University of New South Wales, Sydney, Australia (2001), Mr. Tu Phuc Duc’s areas of expertise are architectural design, urban design and construction, and teaching.
Mr. Phan Vu Linh started working at Hoa Sen University from 2019.
He used to work as a jewelry designer (Ho Chi Minh City Jewelry Company (SJC) – from 2000 to 2002); concept artist (Visualizer) (Dentsu, Satchi & Satchi – from 2002 to 2006); design artist (Concept Artist) (Saola Animation – from 2006 to 2010); Creative director (Cinemagic Workshop – from 2015 to present).
Graduated from University of Oil Painting at Ho Chi Minh City University of Fine Arts and majored in Illustration at Academy of Art University (USA), his areas of expertise are digital illustration, digital sculpture, entertainment design.
Mr. Vo Anh Tuan has been working at Hoa Sen University since 2020.
Before that, he had nearly 10 years in the profession, and experienced many positions in well-known enterprises such as Vinamation, DigiPost. He was also the leader of post-production, film, television and advertising companies such as Kantana, TodayTV, and Production Director at Light company Wave.
Graduated with a Master’s degree in Digital Effects in the UK, Mr. Tuan’s areas of expertise are Film Production, Film Editing, Motion Picture Effects, Multimedia Graphic Design, Digital Marketing.
Mr. Nguyen Phuoc Thien has been working at Hoa Sen since 2020.
Before that, he had 7 years of experience at game companies such as GNT, VNG, Virtuos Vietnam (Sparx).
Graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Illustration from Academy of Art University, San Francisco (USA), he is a freelance illustrator and concept artist with experience in game design projects, in-game items, trailers of Vietnameseized costumes of some characters in the game Lien Quan released by Garena.
Mr. Nguyen Long has been working at Hoa Sen University since 2018.
So far, he has been teaching for 21 years, majoring in Graphic Design. At the same time, he worked as the Art Director at graphic design, communication and branding enterprises.
After graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design from Ho Chi Minh City University of Fine Arts, he received a Graphic Design Exchange Scholarship from Massachusetts College of Art and Design (Boston – USA) and completed his Master’s degree in Art Theory and History in Ho Chi Minh City.
Mr. Le Xuan Giang has been working at Hoa Sen University since 2012.
Mr. Xuan Giang used to be a lecturer at University of Fine Arts of Ho Chi Minh City, a freelanced painter and a sculptor.
He has a Master’s degree from University of Fine Arts in Ho Chi Minh City, his areas of expertise are design, sculpture and scale models.
Mr. Bien Xuan Truong has been working at Hoa Sen University since 2018. He graduated with a Master of Fine Arts from Ho Chi Minh City University of Fine Arts.
Mrs. Nguyen Thi Lan Truc has been working at Hoa Sen University since 2016.
Graduated with a Master’s degree of Applied Fine Arts from Ton Duc Thang University, she has been working for 16 years in professional graphic fields in advertising companies and enterprises while teaching at universities in Vietnam.
Mrs. Tran Thi Nhat Tram has been working at Hoa Sen University since 2018.
She has 15 years of experience in the fields of Design and Communication. She used to work as Creative Director for The Compass company; Former Associate Creative Director of Dentsu Vietnam Company (Top 5 largest advertising agencies in the world, No. 1 agency in Japan). At the same time, she also participated in design management and created many public campaigns for advertisement and brand identity for well-known domestic and foreign brands such as: Ajinomoto, Aji-ngon, Toyota, Yamaha, Kirin, Sanyo AQUA, Panasonic, Canon, Yakult, Kao, Traphaco, Sacombank, Vinamilk, etc.
Graduated from Ho Chi Minh City University of Architecture and is about to complete a Master’s program at Ho Chi Minh City University of Fine Arts, Mrs. Tram has strengths in Creative, Design, Communication, Advertising, TVC Creative & Production. She is also keen on interacting and working with experts in the fields of Creative, Design, Advertising, Production domestically and internationally.
Mrs. Phan Thi Kieu My started teaching at Hoa Sen University in 1997 as a visiting lecturer. She officially joined Hoa Sen University in 2003.
Mrs. Kieu My graduated from Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology and Education majoring in Drawing and Design (in 1988) and University of Science in Ho Chi Minh City in Information Technology (in 2003). She is a very enthusiastic lecturer with over 25 years of experience in teaching 2D graphics software.
Mrs. Nguyen Duong Quynh Anh has been working at Hoa Sen University since 2020. Before, she was a lecturer at Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology.
Graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Product Design from Nanyang Technological University in Singapore and a Master’s degree in Fine Arts from Kyoto University of Fine Arts in Japan, Mrs. Quynh Anh has strengths in Art History and Product Design, etc.
Mrs. Hoang Le Thien Huong has been working at Hoa Sen University since 2020.
Graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design from the University of Architecture in Ho Chi Minh City, she went to London (UK) to experience before returning home to complete a Master’s degree in Theory and History of Fine Arts from Hanoi University of Industrial Fine Arts. Her strengths are art theory and research in general.
Mrs. Nguyen Thi Diep has been working at Hoa Sen University since 2012.
Graduated from Ho Chi Minh City University of Fine Arts, majoring in Fine Art Theory, her area of expertise is Applied Fine Arts.
Mr. Tran Minh Duc has worked at Hoa Sen University since 2017. In terms of teaching experience, he has held many different positions over the years, such as Teaching Assistant for the Building System University course, Co-instructor for the elective course Tree Architecture, Co-instructor of PhD Project I, University of Hawaii (2017); Internship at Minatoishi Arthitects Com., Honolulu, Hawaii (2015-2016); Lecturer at Van Lang University, Ho Chi Minh City University of Architecture, Nguyen Tat Thanh University, Ton Duc Thang University (2004-2020), and Viet Duc University (2020-2021); Guide for Master of Architecture Students, Architecture University of Ho Chi Minh City (2018-2021). In terms of professional experience, he was Collaborative Design Architect, ARTEC Jsc., Artec.com.vn, Assistant Architect, Hoang Anh Construction Company Limited (2003 – 2006); Architectural Design and Image, Southern Construction Enterprise, Ho Chi Minh (2003 – 2004); Architectural Assistant, Student Residence, University of Hawaii (2014-2017); Waterpoint Project Design Manager, Long An, Nam Long Group (2018-2019).
Graduated with Bachelor of Civil Engineering (Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology, course 1999-2004), Bachelor of Architecture and Master of Architecture (Ho Chi Minh City University of Architecture, Bachelor course 1998-2003) and Master Course 2006-2009), Doctor of Architecture (University of Hawaii, School of Architecture at Manoa, Class of 2014-2017).
Mrs. Ha Thi Hoai Thu started working at Hoa Sen from 2019.
In addition to teaching, she is also the CEO of Kien Xanh company, operating in the field of construction design consultancy, applied feng shui science, project management and civil construction (from February 2001 to present). Before that, she was in charge of designing (structural and architectural), estimating and managing construction works at Saigon Construction Corporation and designing (structural) civil construction works in Cotec company.
Graduated in Civil Engineering from Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology. she is always interested in Architecture and Construction activities.
Mrs. Nguyen Thi Thuy Ha has been working at Hoa Sen University since 2018.
Ms. Thuy Ha is an Architect with 15 years of working experience and many years of teaching experience with different units: Architects (Architectural Design Department – Transport Construction Design Consultancy Company) – from 2003 to 2006; Minh Tien JSC – Bitexco Group – from 2006 to 2008; Hoa Binh Space Joint Stock Company – Khang Thong Group – 2012); Full-time lecturer at Van Lang Private University and Visiting Lecturer at Ton Duc Thang University (from 2012 to 2014); Lecturer at Ton Duc Thang University (from 2014 to 2018).
Graduated with a Bachelor’s degree of Architect in Building Architecture and a Master’s degree in Planning from Hanoi University of Architecture, Ms. Thuy Ha is interested in architectural and interior design.
Mrs. Duong Ngoc Quynh Lam has been working at Hoa Sen University since 2020.
Before that, she held many positions with different experiences: Interior Design and Brand Management in Singapore (from 2011 to 2017); Design manager at Singapore Radius Design, Hanoi branch (from 2018 to 2019).
She graduated from Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts, Singapore and graduated with a Master’s degree of Interior Design from University for the Creative Arts, U.K.
Up to now, Mr. Ngo Hung Dung has had thirty years of work at Hoa Sen University.
Graduated from the Information Technology University of Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi University of Foreign Languages, his areas of expertise are computer repair, computer networks, elearning and technology research, photography, videography and editing.
Mrs. Ho Diep Thuy Vu has been working at Hoa Sen University since 2009.
She is also the Head of Design Department in fashion companies such as Midas Clothing, Airwaves and Smart Tailor Businessman.
She graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design from Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology and Education, Bachelor’s degree of International Business at Huflit University; Master’s degree in Education from University of Technology and Education.
Mrs. Le Kim Thuy has been with Hoa Sen University since 2012.
Graduated from Ho Chi Minh City University of Architecture majoring in Fashion Design, she also has a Master’s degree from the University of Fine Arts of Ho Chi Minh City majoring in Theory and History of Fine Arts, her area of expertise is Embroidery in Fashion Design.
Mrs. Dinh Thi Hai Yen has been working at Hoa Sen University since 2010. She graduated in Sewing Technology from the University of Technical Education in 2003 and has a Master’s degree in Textile Materials Technology at Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology.
She used to work at Viet Tien Garment Company, Hoa Sen University and DDT Group (Hanoi). From 2010 until now, she has worked at Hoa Sen University. In addition, she also participates in guest lectures and judges at Nguyen Tat Thanh University.
Mrs. La Thi Tuyet Mai has been working at Hoa Sen University since 2011.
She used to have experience as a pattern maker at Come Long Son Kim company and fashion designer at Thai Son Co., Ltd – Aloha brand.
Graduated with a Master’s degree in Textile Materials – Hanoi University of Science and Technology, she teaches effects on materials and modeling.
Mrs. Bui Ngoc Thuy Trang has been working at Hoa Sen University since 2020.
Ms. Thuy Trang graduated with a Bachelor of International Economics – majoring in economic geostrategy at the University of Paris 2 and a Master in Fashion Management – ISEM – ESMOD (Paris).
Mr. Tran Minh Nhut started working at Hoa Sen University from 2021.
Before that, he had worked in many different positions with experiences: Intern for designer Si Hoang (2012), Intern for designer Quynh Paris (2014), Garment Technical Design Specialist (Company. Traval Vai Co.Ldt – from 2015 to 2016), Teaching Assistant (Hoa Sen University – from 2016 to 2017), Lecturer – Head of Short Course Program in Fashion Design (Kent International College – from 2017 to 2019), Full-time Lecturer (Hong Bang International University – from 2019 to 2020).
Graduated with a Bachelor’s degree of Fashion Design, Hoa Sen University – Mod’Art International Paris Cooperation Program (France) (2014); Master in Fine Arts Theory and History – Ho Chi Minh University of Fine Arts (2019), Mr. Minh Nhut’s area of expertise is Fashion Design. In addition, he had achievements in the process of studying and working: Top 15 Haute Couture categories in Her World 2013 Young Faces contest; Second prize in Fashion Creation 2014, Hoa Sen University.
Mrs. Pham Thu Hang has been working at Hoa Sen University since 2020.
In addition to teaching, she is also an independent film director.
Graduating with a Master’s degree in Documentary Directing from the DOC NOMADS program (Europe), she always aspires to build a community of people who make and watch documentaries.
Her debut feature-length documentary “The Future Cries Under Our Soil” won the Best Director award at the Singapore International Film Festival 2018.
Mrs. Nguyen Thi Anh Thu has been working at Hoa Sen University since 2019.
She has more than 20 years working in multinational corporations in communication, branding, marketing, and advertising, such as Bates Worldwide, Saatchi Saatchi, Dentsu Vietnam, Media Corp, Comvik International, etc.
Graduated with honors with a Master’s degree of Business Administration from the University of Hawaii and a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma World Association of Distinguished Students, Mrs. Anh Thu’s area of expertise is branding and marketing, especially Japanese Marketing.
Mrs. Duong Thi Van Anh joined Hoa Sen University in 2019.
Before that, she experienced many jobs related to the field of media and advertising: Editor, reporter of Young Fashion magazine (2004 – 2009); Reporter of Sports & Culture newspaper of Vietnam News Agency (2009 – 2017); Company Communications Director MCV (2017 – 2019); Production Director of Rattan + Rattan Co., Ltd (2011 – present).
Ms. Van Anh graduated with a Master’s degree in Linguistics from Hanoi University of Social Sciences and Humanities.
Mrs. Le Vu Phuong Thuy has been working at Hoa Sen University since 2019.
She used to work as Deputy Publishing Rights Manager at Nha Nam Book Company, Deputy Editor of Harper’s Bazaar Magazine, Senior Editor and Acting Editor of Elle Magazine, Co-Founder and Director of Elle Magazine. Marketing Manager for Toa Tau Co., Ltd.
Graduated with a Master’s degree from the University of Arkansas, majoring in Communication, Mrs. Phuong Thuy has the ability to research the impact of social networks and social influences on the behavior and thoughts of the audience. In addition, she also does in-depth research on communication in sustainable development.
Mr. Mai Quyet Thang has been working at Hoa Sen University since 2016.
Prior to that, he had experience in consulting, marketing and communication in the fields of medicine, health and nutrition for Vietnamese and international businesses such as Mead Johnson, Abbott, Pfizer, GSK, Vinamilk. He established and implemented projects to raise public awareness about kidney failure and cervical cancer, etc.
Graduated with a Master’s degree in Communication and Marketing from Université libre de Bruxelles (Belgium), his specialty is strategic planning Communication & Marketing, implementing community, health and sports projects.
Mrs. Nguyen Thi Thanh Huyen joined Hoa Sen University in 2021.
Before that, she participated in teaching and administration at Universities, International Schools and Education Companies (Dinh Thien Ly School – Manager of Literature Department, Saigon South International School – Head of Vietnamese Studies Department), British Vietnamese International School, Nguyen Hoang Group – Program Design & Management).
Mrs. Thanh Huyen graduated with a Master’s degree in Literature & Language and a Doctor’s degree in Cultural Studies from the Ho Chi Minh University of Social Sciences and Humanities.
Mrs. Quan Phuong Thanh started working at Hoa Sen University from 2021.

Mrs. Du Tran Y Nhi has been working at Hoa Sen University since 2019.
She has held many positions with different experiences: Overseas Sales Staff at Sanyo Vietnam, Sales & Marketing Executive at Haier Vietnam and Marketing Manager at AQUA Vietnam.
Graduated from Pedagogical University, Mrs. Y Nhi continued to study specialized courses in Business Marketing, Public Relations and Brand Management (Brand Manager); and completed a Master of Business Administration.
Mrs. Nguyen Thi Van has been working at Hoa Sen University since 2010.
She has more than ten years of experience working in an educational environment.
Graduated in Office Administration from Hoa Sen University and majored in Business Administration from the University of Economics; Ms. Van is interested in the field of human resource management.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Minh Tuyet has been working at Hoa Sen University since 2022. She has experience in translating, coordinating, and supporting event organiztion. Graduating from English Translation and Interpretation major at Can Tho University, she pays much attention to foreign story books, especially the English-Vietnamese translation of foreign-language novels. In addition, she’s interested in digital graphics. In her spare time, she spends a lot of time looking for illustrations by modern artists. Coming to the field of education, Ms. Tuyet’s motto is to always respect the creativity of each person. A work of art is not whether right or wrong, the important thing is the meaning it brings to the viewer.
Mrs. Nguyen Thi Thu Ngoc started working at Hoa Sen University from March 2021. She has experience in organizing and managing events, communication and advertising.
She graduated in Business Administration from Hutech University, majoring in Information Technology at University of Natural Sciences.
Mr. Ly Quang Vinh has been working at Hoa Sen University since 2011.
Before that, he had 5 years of experience working at Fimexco company (IT specialist, Head of warranty department, Head of technical station development department).
He graduated with a bachelor’s degree from the University of Natural Sciences, majoring in Information Technology.
Mrs. Tran Thi Hai Yen officially joined Hoa Sen University in 2021. Before that, she started teaching at the School’s IT Department in 2018.
Graduated from Hanoi University of Social Sciences and Humanities, she has more than 10 years of experience in film, digital and advertising production. She holds the position of Head of Macaron Studio.
Mrs. Nguyen Thi Thuong Thuong is officially a lecturer at Hoa Sen University from 2021.
Mrs. Thuong Thuong graduated with a Master of Fine Arts from Ho Chi Minh City University of Fine Arts. She can paint on materials such as silk, oil paint, lacquer, woodcarving. In addition, fashion illustration is also one of her favorite fields.
Mrs. Nguyen Nhat Thieu Anh has been working at Hoa Sen University since 2005.
Before that, she experienced working in many positions: Human Resources Specialist and General Manager of Dang Khoa Garment Co., Ltd (2 years), Head of Legal Administration Department and Deputy Head of Administration Department of HTD Manufacturing Co., Ltd. Binh Tien (Biti’s) (2 years). When she returned to Hoa Sen, she held the position of Secretary – Assistant to the Board of Directors, Secretary to the Rector of Hoa Sen University (8 years); Specialist in the Department of Scientific Research and International Cooperation (1 year); Communication & Marketing in the field of education (7 years): Coordinating enrollment consulting in Ho Chi Minh City and 14 neighboring provinces; Head of Recruitment Consulting Group; Communication and Admissions Specialist Faculty of Professional Training later renamed Faculty of Art and Design (FADA)
Graduated with a Master’s degree of Business Administration from Griggs University (USA), her specialties are Business Administration, Marketing, Event Organization, Customer Service – Consulting and customer service.
Mr. Nguyen Tang Minh officially began teaching at Hoa Sen University in 2022. As a “storyteller”, he always tries to look at every issue from different perspectives. He believes that each viewpoint will help reveal new aspects of the narrative.
At Hoa Sen University, Mr. Minh teaches courses on production: TV Commercials, New Media, TV/Serial Programs, and Radio/Audio Programs.
Mr. Minh graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Film and Television from Curtin University, Australia. He is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Neuroscience and Psychology at King’s College London.
Prior to joining Hoa Sen University, Mr. Minh worked at HTV3 and YanTV as a Production Manager. He then continued to refine his storytelling skills in the role of Head of Creative Department at VMLY&R Vietnam. Together with the VMLY&R team, Mr. Minh was nominated twice for Vietnam Digital Agency of the Year (by Campaign Asia) and has received many other prestigious awards.
