Position: SALES LOGISTICS EMPLOYEE – HCM

• Search, consult, and introduce to customers in need of the Company’s Logistics services such as: Air freight (Air), sea freight (LCL&FCL), warehousing services, customs declaration, and domestic transportation. land….
• Consulting on solutions related to shipping and forwarding services, answering customer requests.
• Prepare quotes, track and handle shipments, negotiate terms and draft contracts according to the content agreed with customers.
• Responsible for: debt collection, settlement arising after sending goods. Coordinate with operational departments to resolve customer requests, questions, and complaints.
• Care, to maintain good relationships with customers;
• Update the logistics market situation to have development directions for market expansion;
• Report work to management and perform other assigned tasks.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Male/Female 22 years old or older.
• Graduated from university/college majoring in Foreign Trade/International Business/Logistics/Business Administration/Marketing, etc. and other related industries.
• Priority is given to having work experience in a similar position.
• Skills in synthesizing information, time management, handling arising problems, and good communication skills.
• Dynamic, progressive spirit and eager to learn.
• Having foreign language skills (English, Chinese) is an advantage.
