Position: Logistics Business Leader – Hanoi

JOB DESCRIPTION

Grasp the company’s products and services, offer them to customers (freight charges, import and export customs procedures)
Search for customers with domestic and international transportation needs and provide logistics services
Develop daily/weekly/monthly work plans;
Customer orientation, searching for customer sources based on Company Products;
Call customers and meet them directly: Introduce the Company, the products and services the Company provides;
Work with direct superiors in management, operations, and the pricing department to offer prices to customers;
Negotiate and close customers;
Supervise, urge and operate and check service quality for customers;
Regular customer care to grasp customer status;
Advise direct managers and service directors on sales policies;
Some other jobs will be discussed specifically during the interview;
KPIs and other tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors

Job requirements

Have sales skills, experience working in import-export industry > 3 years or experience in a similar position
Priority is given to candidates with majors in logistics and trade finance
Graduated from university or college: priority is given to candidates who graduated from schools of national economics, foreign trade, commerce or have related majors such as logistics, international economics…
Agile, able to withstand pressure, eager to learn,…
Men and women > 25 years old

POLICIES:

Fixed salary: 12 – 15 million or negotiable based on ability + KPIs salary (during 2 months of probation, 85%)
Consider a fixed salary increase 2 times/year. (each period from 1 – 2 million)
Revenue bonus, sales bonus…
