Position: Sales Logistics employee (basic salary 8 million)
Job description
– Search for customers who need to use domestic and international freight transportation services via air and sea.
– Quote freight rates, consult, negotiate, negotiate and sign service contracts with customers. Coordinate with departments to promptly handle problems arising during the transportation of goods.
– Maintain relationships with suppliers, customers, and agent partners.
– Develop, implement, and report plans and work results by day, week, and month
Job requirements
– Graduated from university or college, priority is given to candidates with majors related to Logistics, International Economics, Import-Export, International Trade, Foreign Languages,…
– Experience in Sales logistics or knowledge of Logistics and import-export operations (6 months or more), or experience in sales of other fields for 1 year or more.
– Age: 22 – 32
– Agile, positive and responsible at work.
– Good English communication is an advantage
POLICIES:
- Staff salary from 8 million or more (negotiable based on capacity) + unlimited KPIs bonus (Average income 15-30 million/month)
– Hot bonuses, weekly/monthly/quarterly bonuses, year-end bonuses for individuals, departments/teams
– 13th month salary bonus (average 2 months salary) + Tet gift for family (TV: 500k; under 6 months: 2 million; under 1 year: 3 million; 1 – 3 years: 4 million ……..).
– Salary increase review 2 times/year. (Each time 800,000 -1,000,000)
– Bonuses on holidays, birthdays, weddings,… according to Company regulations. Tourism: 3 million/year.
– Full social insurance and health insurance according to state regulations

– Be provided with computers and CCDCs for effective work.
WORKING TIME:
From 08:00 – 17:00; Monday to Friday every week. Saturday, solve problems online at home if any problems arise
