Hoa Sen University awarded 43 corporate scholarships to celebrate its 32nd anniversary

On the occasion of the 32nd anniversary of its establishment, Hoa Sen University organized the awarding of 43 scholarships from accompanying corporate partners to new and existing HSU students.

The ceremony was attended by representatives of nearly 20 accompanying businesses, Board of Directors, lecturers, parents and HSU students.

At the ceremony, 43 scholarships were awarded by businesses and representatives of the School’s Board of Directors to students with good academic achievements and winning awards and titles at competitions. In particular, Vo Phu Thinh – New student admitted to the Financial Technology major received an honorary scholarship from the Principal worth 60,000,000 VND. Although somewhat less physically fortunate than other students, Phu Thinh still achieved good academic results with an average score in 12th grade of 8.9.

Speaking at the ceremony, Phu Thinh shared:  “I was born unlucky compared to my peers. However, the full support from my family and friends made me realize that I must create a difference for myself to assert that I am not inferior but superior to others. I feel really lucky and happy to receive a noble scholarship from Hoa Sen University. For me, this is not only a material gift but also a great spiritual comfort to help me overcome all difficulties in life and step forward steadily in the future . ”
