Position: Senior Operations Director

Job description
Working location: North, Vietnam (Hanoi, Hung Yen, Bac Ninh,…)

Develop and implement strategies that drive revenue growth across various lines of business
Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple sites throughout North Vietnam
Build strong relationships with key customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction
Manage budgets effectively while maintaining financial targets
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations
Job requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher education level
At least 10 years’ experience managing teams within logistics/transportation sector
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams
Excellent analytical abilities coupled with commercial acumen
Advanced English
