Hoa Sen University attended the International Scientific Conference “From Capabilities to Vision and Action: Preparing for the next stage of Vietnam’s Growth”
In mid-August, the New Vietnam Studies Initiative project of the University of California Davis (UC Davis) organized the international scientific conference “From Capabilities to Vision and Action: Preparing for the Next Stage of Growth”. of Vietnam” at the University of Danang.
Hoa Sen University has Dr. Nguyen Bao Thanh Nghi (Director of the General Education Program) attended with the report “The Landscape of liberal education in Vietnam’s higher education sector”. , presented in the subcommittee on the topic of education.
The report gives an overview of the overall situation of Liberal Education in Vietnam and compares it with other countries, especially in the Southeast Asia region. Several international partners attending the Conference expressed their desire to have more access to Hoa Sen University and jointly carry out a joint project to promote the spirit of liberal education in Vietnam and in the Asian region.
