Functions

The Office of Global Engagement of Hoa Sen University was established to implement student and faculty exchange activities, organize events, international cooperation activities, and develop cross-national training partnership programs. The Office of Global Engagement of Hoa Sen University is the focal point for coordinating activities with international partners to provide international training programs or international experiences for Hoa Sen students and international students.

The Office of Global Engagement’s mission is to mainly maintain and develop the cooperative relationships with international partners to make Hoa Sen University be a frequent destination for students and Universities from Europe, the Americas, Australia, and the regions to participate in academic exchanges and research, bringing high community values. The office is also in charge of organizing the international workshops and scientific research at Hoa Sen University.

The functions of Office of Global Engagement are as follows:

1. Collaborate with international higher education institutions to develop joint training programs and foster international cooperation;
2. Attract international students for study exchanges at HSU, fostering a multicultural learning environment and promoting international integration;
3. Facilitate internships, architectural projects, and other experiential opportunities abroad for HSU students;
4. Facilitate exchange programs for international students to study at HSU and for HSU students to study at international institutions;
5. Assist HSU students in participating in internships, apprenticeships, and other experiential activities abroad.
6. Seek scholarship opportunities for HSU students and trainees, as well as exchange opportunities for HSU students;
7. Collaborate on the development and implementation of online teaching and learning technologies;
8. Facilitate library connections and information exchange to support training activities, including providing training programs, exchanging publications, documents, and training outcomes;
9. Engage with prestigious professional associations worldwide to stay abreast of global career trends and enhance the international reputation of HSU.
